This fic takes place in the omega verse setting.
So Kurapika is a male omega still belonging to the Kurta clan though be warned as I do plan on making this a fairly dark story. There will also be mild to extreme gore scenes.
This entire story will be in third person. And there are quite a few ships though I may or may not decide to remove Hisoka. Anyways there will be warnings when graphic scenes are in chapters, if you are uncomfortable then this is not the fic for you.
But anyways enough of my rambling.
In this scenario Kurapika and Pairo present as omegas though Pairo presented months before Kurapika.Omegas are something the kurta clan deemed as a bad omen especially male omega, so when Pairo presented he was shunned by the others and forced to live in the forest where they wait for him to eventually die. Kurapika's parents see this and try to conceal their son's scent. They lie to everyone that he hadn't presented yet to buy some time. They planned on Kurapika's father to take him hunting and runaway from there.
