-Dance Studio-
HoSeok and JiMin entered the dance studio for practice first followed by NamJoon and TaeHyung along with SeokJin and JungKook behind them. They all set their bags down, started stretching, and warming up. "Hey Kook-ah, why don't you go get YoonGi? He probably lost track of time." NamJoon suggested. "Yeah, okay. I'll be right back." JungKook said as he left to Genius Lab. The rest of the guys continued warming up so they'd be ready when SungDeuk arrived.
JungKook made his way to Genius Lab, entering the first door and seeing that the lights were off, he questioned whether or not YoonGi was inside. Where else would he be though? JungKook tried ringing the door bell but he got no response. He tried calling YoonGi and although YoonGi didn't answer his phone he thought he saw a light flash from the desk inside through the frosted glass door.
Not wanting to upset YoonGi by entering his studio using the code, he tried calling again. When he again got no response, he exhaled and then punched in the code. Stepping inside, the lights were off and he had to turn them on to be able to see. Once the lights were on he noticed nothing was on. It was so quiet, he almost missed the passed out body on the sofa.
He made his way to the sofa and gently shook YoonGi, who only moaned in return. Looking at YoonGi JungKook thought he seemed paler than usual and his eyes seemed puffy. "Hyungie, we have practice. You have to get up." JungKook continued to shake YoonGi. YoonGi shot up on the sofa quickly reaching over for the closest trash can and vomiting what little contents he had in his stomach. "Fuck, are you okay?" JungKook mumbled as he started to rub YoonGi's back, hoping it would help.
YoonGi groaned wishing he was still sleeping because he still felt way too exhausted. Once YoonGi was done and he was able to rinse his mouth with some water from his bag, JungKook watched him. "Maybe you should skip practice." JungKook suggested. "No. I'm fine now." YoonGi mumbled back. "I'll be there shortly. You leave first." He said as he motioned for JungKook to leave. JungKook sighed then left back to the practice room. He figured this way he could at least let NamJoon know that YoonGi isn't feeling well.
YoonGi quickly made his way to the practice room where the others were waiting for him. He set his bag down by the wall and started to get ready. "YoonGi-ah, JungKook said you were sick. Are you okay? Do you need to go home?" NamJoon questioned. "I'm fine Joon-ah. I feel better so we can start." YoonGi replied, his voice low and soft. "Are you sure?" HoSeok questioned. "I'm sure." YoonGi replied forcing a small smile to ease the others. They all quickly took their places as SungDeuk entered the room. "Okay guys, lets get started!" SungDeuk said as he clapped his hands together and they began practice.
-4 Hours Later-
They were all taking a break, getting water, and trying to catch their breath. "Are you okay? You don't look so good." HoSeok whispered to YoonGi as he placed his hand along the side of his face. "I...fuck." YoonGi mumbled as he made his way out of the room. YoonGi quickly made his way into the bathroom, running into an empty stall and spewing all the water he had just been drinking. He continued retching a few more times but there really wasn't anything left in his stomach. He was clammy and nauseous but he could feel a hand on his back rubbing soothing circles.
YoonGi didn't want to look up to see his face, he knew those hands all too well, he loves those hands and he really missed those hands, but he didn't want to be seen as weak and pathetic which is exactly what he is right now. "Go back to practice. I'm fine." YoonGi's voice was shaky and gravely from vomiting, he wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. "Your not okay. Let me help you." JungKook spoke softly, brushing YoonGi's hair out of his eyes.
As much as he wanted to, YoonGi just couldn't bring himself to look up at JungKook. "Shit. Is he okay?" HoSeok said as he walked closer to the two. "YoonGi we should get you home. JK and I are good on the choreo. The rest can stay and practice, but we really should get you home." HoSeok continued as he knelt down next to YoonGi. "You look paler than usual. Obviously you caught a stomach bug or something. Let us take care of you." "I'm fine. I just need a minute or two and I can keep going." YoonGi argued back. "You're not okay." JungKook spoke angrily.
HoSeok pulled his phone from his pocket, "I'll call SeJin and have him take us home. JK why don't you go get our bags and let NamJoon know that we will be going home with YoonGi." JungKook nodded and headed off to the practice room. HoSeok quickly let SeJin know what was going on and then helped YoonGi up to his feet and over to the sink where he rinsed his mouth and washed his face and hands.
JungKook walked back in, "I talked to NamJoon so we can leave and I got our bags." JungKook handed HoSeok his bag, YoonGi reached for his but JungKook wasn't having that. "I'll carry your bag. Let's get going so we can get you home and into bed." JungKook said as he pulled both his and YoonGi's bag over his shoulder, HoSeok grabbed ahold of YoonGi's hand and they walked him out.
SeJin got the three of them home quickly, YoonGi fell asleep in the car, his head on HoSeok's shoulder. "I don't want to wake him. He doesn't look very good. Can you carrying him inside? I'll get our bags." HoSeok whispered to JungKook. "Of course. Lets get him inside." JungKook whispered back as he picked YoonGi up out of the car.
JungKook carried YoonGi to his room, laying YoonGi in his bed. HoSeok quickly dropped JungKook's bag into his room, then his own bag into his own room, and then brought YoonGi's bag to his room, putting it into YoonGi's side of the closet. JungKook changed YoonGi into a pair of clean joggers and a tank top. HoSeok walked over to the bed and started covering YoonGi up with his blanket. "He'll be okay JK. He just needs some sleep, Jin will make him some soup when he gets home, and I'm sure he'll be feeling better tomorrow." HoSeok whispered to JungKook, not wanting to wake YoonGi up.
HoSeok noticed a choker on YoonGi's nightstand when he went to set YoonGi's phone down. "I didn't know YoonGi wore stuff like this... I mean I've never seen him wear anything like this outside of our concepts for our albums." HoSeok said as he gently ran his hand over the ribbon choker that was splayed out on the nightstand. "I gave it to him and had him promise not to wear it for anyone else." JungKook mumbled out. "I didn't know that." HoSeok said as he looked up at JungKook. "He never leaves it out like that though." JungKook mentioned softly. "I bet it looks beautiful, wrapped around his neck." HoSeok spoke with a small smile. JungKook picked up the choker, gripping it in his hand and walked out.
