-January 3, 2019-

     They all had started talking more and getting closer again. JungKook still held onto the choker he had once gifted YoonGi but YoonGi tried not to think about it. They were all getting back into the swing of things. They had a busy schedule, they were all getting together with each other at night switching off who they spent the night with, they had celebrated TaeHyung's birthday, and today they all had to go in for their physical evaluations before they officially enlisted.

     Currently all of the guys were waiting in the waiting area before being called back for their exams. "Hyungie?" JungKook called. "Yeah Kookie." YoonGi replied. "How's your shoulder?" He asked. "It's fine. Don't worry, okay?" YoonGi replied with a small smile. It seemed to ease JungKook's worries although he still held onto YoonGi's hand, rubbing the back of it gently.

     "Jeon JungKook, Kim TaeHyung, and Park JiMin please come with me." A nurse had called their names and asked them to follow her to their rooms with a smile. They were each asked a series of questions, weighed, measured, and given a physical evaluation. "Is your shoulder really okay." NamJoon's deep voice cut through YoonGi's train of thought. "Yeah. Its been fine. I've been working out 5 days a week, plus dance practices, and everything. It gets tight and sore sometimes but its not bad." YoonGi replied, shrugging his shoulders. NamJoon smiled. "I can't wait to see how hot you all look in uniform." He spoke chuckling lightly. YoonGi joined him. "I know, right?"

     The Hyung line continued making small talk while waiting for the maknaes to finish. After a while one by one each of them would return. JungKook returned first. "Kim NamJoon please follow me." The nurse called. Next TaeHyung returned. "Jung HoSeok will you follow me this way?" She called him back. Another 10 minutes and JiMin returned. "Min YoonGi come this way please." She spoke with a smile.

     The maknaes all waited for them to return. "Hopefully we all get cleared and we can all serve together." JiMin spoke up. "The only one we're worried about not clearing is YoonGi." SeJin spoke up. "There are concerns about his shoulder." He continued. "He says its been fine." SeokJin spoke up. "I think we all know he has a high pain tolerance. It'll be up to the doctors. He will probably take a while because they will most likely have to have scans done on it to be sure. Bang PD specifically explained to the medical team not to just take him at his word." JungKook's lips parted hearing SeJin explaining what he knew about YoonGi now had him worried.

     NamJoon soon returned. "Kim SeokJin come this way please." The nurse shyly had him follow her. The rest continued waiting. HoSeok returned and sat with the others waiting on their last two boyfriends. After a while SeokJin returned. "YoonGi hasn't come back yet?" SeokJin asked. They all looked at each other shaking their head, no. A small pout appeared on his lips. "SeJin Hyung said Hyungie will have to have scans on his shoulder to make sure he's okay to serve as active duty so he'll take longer." JungKook spoke up. They all tried to sit, patiently waiting.

-Patient Room-

     "Okay Mr. Min now that we've gotten all the basics out of the way, how is that shoulder?" The doctor questioned. "Its been fine. It gets tight and sore at times but it hasn't been too bad. I've been working out 5 days a weeks and dance practice most days." YoonGi replied. "How have you been sleeping? I know you have had trouble off and on with sleeping." He continued. "I've been sleeping more regularly lately." YoonGi quickly answered. "How has your mood been?" He questioned. "What? Why?" YoonGi now asked finding his line of questioning annoying. "It's been noted that you have struggled with depression and anxiety in the past so I have to ask." He explained. *sigh* "Of course." YoonGi mumbled under his breath. "I've had the usual up and downs. No real extremes. Not like before." YoonGi explained just wanting to be done with this whole thing. He really hated all of these personal questions. "Okay, that's good. We just need to have some scans done on your shoulder and then you can return to your group and wait for the results." He spoke as he had YoonGi follow him into another room. "Sure. Let's just get this done and over with." YoonGi mumbled out.

-Waiting Room-

     "How much longer is this going to take?" TaeHyung asked. "I don't know but hopefully he'll be done soon." NamJoon replied. Another 10 minutes and YoonGi finally joined them in the waiting room with the doctor. "We should have all of your results soon." The doctor announced before leaving them alone in the waiting room.

     As soon as he was gone they all looked at a very unhappy looking YoonGi. "What's wrong Hyungie?" JungKook asked. *sigh* "His line of questioning was annoying and they had to run a bunch scans on my shoulder." YoonGi mumbled out, crossing his arms over his chest and leaning back in his chair. "What questions?" JiMin asked, his head tilted in curiosity. "He wanted to know about my sleeping habits and my mood lately." YoonGi replied rolling his eyes.

     They all looked at each other. "I didn't get asked any of that." HoSeok whispered. YoonGi scoffed. "Apparently its in my chart about my depression and anxiety. They want to make sure I don't go crazy and kill someone or myself while serving." YoonGi explained rolling his eyes again. "Wait. They think you can be dangerous?" TaeHyung questioned. "Apparently along with the depression and anxiety I have also been flagged for having a temper." YoonGi sighed again rubbing his face with his palms. "They think I could be dangerous to myself or others." "What the fuck?" JungKook cursed. "JK, language." SeokJin quickly scolded him. "But why would they think all that about him?" JungKook was getting pissed.

     They all waited for their results now concerned about what might happen with YoonGi. Soon the doctor and nurse stood at the doorway with their results. The nurse spoke first. "Jeon JungKook, level one, you have been cleared." She spoke while handing him his paper of written proof. "Kim TaeHyung, level one, you have been cleared." She spoke again, handing him his paper. "Park JiMin, level one, you have also been cleared." She continued. "Kim NamJoon, level one, you have been cleared." She handed him his paper. "Jung HoSeok, level one, you have also been cleared." She quickly handed him his paper. "And Kim SeokJin, level one, you have been cleared." She quickly handed him his paper. "Min YoonGi, I need you to follow me." The doctor now spoke, calling YoonGi back to the patient rooms once more. "What? Why?" YoonGi questioned. "Please Mr. Min follow me." He replied and lead him back to the room he had previously been in.

     Once the two of them were in the room and the door closed YoonGi couldn't take it anymore. "Is it my shoulder? Am I not cleared for active duty? What level did I receive?" YoonGi questioned. "Your shoulder is okay. Mr. Min you're healthy but you can't currently be cleared." The doctor spoke while going over his chart. "What? Why? I don't understand." YoonGi replied clearly frustrated. The doctor let out a sigh...
