52.

-January 5, 2019-

     NamJoon hadn't slept too well, he was currently riding in the back seat while JiMin drove. JiMin and TaeHyung were having a light casual conversation about nothing in particular while NamJoon sat quietly preparing himself for the conversations he was going to have to have today.

     As soon as they arrived NamJoon sent JiMin and TaeHyung to YoonGi's room while he headed in to see JungKook. He walked into his room seeing him still laying there as if he's sleeping. He exhaled out slowly as he sat in the chair next to his bed. "JK, I don't know if you can hear me but we really need you. YoonGi really needs you. You're going to be a father. You need to grow up and be there for YoonGi." NamJoon was quiet for a moment. "I know you are scared and that's okay but you should know.... YoonGi isn't doing very well." *sigh* "He's blaming himself for everything. He's struggling and I was an ass. I made things worse. I snapped at him and I said something in anger." NamJoon rubbed his face with his free hand while he gently caressed JungKook's hand with his other. "I need you to wake up Kook. We aren't the same without you." He kissed the back of JungKook's hand and then quietly left the room to go see YoonGi.

     When NamJoon entered the room he noticed YoonGi curled up on the bed facing away from everyone, he had an IV running that he didn't have before. NamJoon couldn't help the guilt that washed over his body. "He's not awake for long periods of time and he hasn't really let anyone touch him." SeokJin whispered into NamJoon's ear. "Why don't you guys go to the cafe down stairs. Let me talk to him for a while." NamJoon whispered to SeokJin. SeokJin eyed him and then nodded in agreement. "Guys, lets go to the cafe downstairs for a while." He suggested. They all agreed and quickly made their way out of the room.

     After they had all left, leaving NamJoon alone with YoonGi, he made his way to the bed, took his shoes off, climbed in behind YoonGi under the blankets, and wrapped his arm around his waist. YoonGi tensed up in his arms, he knew it was NamJoon, and as much as he missed those arms being wrapped around him he was afraid to get too use to them being there again. "Hey, its just me. Its okay." NamJoon spoke softly trying to ease YoonGi's tension. "I'm really sorry Gi. I never should of said what I said. I was frustrated and I took my frustration out on you when I shouldn't of. Usually you would of just thrown some genius smartass remark back at me but I came at you personally. I didn't think about how what I was saying would affect you and our babies." NamJoon ran his fingers along YoonGi's arm. "Let me make it up to you." He pulled YoonGi in close.

     YoonGi didn't know what to say or how to feel. He had a lot of emotions running through him and a lot of them were bad and now he's scared to even trust his boyfriends enough to tell them. "Gi, can you talk to me please?" NamJoon spoke softly into YoonGi's ear and then kissed the back of his neck gently. NamJoon turned YoonGi so they were looking at each other. He gently brushed back his hair from his eyes with his fingers. YoonGi kept his eyes closed trying to fight back his tears. One slipped through and rolled down his cheek. NamJoon gently wiped it away. "I need you to talk to me Gi." "I... I'm scared Joon-ah." YoonGi breathed out. "Okay. Its okay to be scared." NamJoon wanted to reassure him and let him know that his feelings are valid.

     "I need to see Kook-ah." YoonGi whispered. "YoonGi you have an IV. Lets wait until the doctor removes it." NamJoon replied. YoonGi went silent just trying to fight back his frustration. "Is there a reason you are keeping me from him? Am I not his boyfriend too?" YoonGi's voice trailed off at the end. NamJoon sighed. "I just don't want you to stress out even more than you already are. Can you please just wait?" NamJoon asked gently running his fingers through YoonGi's hair. When NamJoon realized he wasn't going to get another response from YoonGi he pulled him into his chest, wrapping his arms around his small waist, YoonGi's head was tucked under NamJoon's chin. "I didn't sleep well last night Gi, let me just hold you for a while, okay?" He spoke softly. YoonGi whispered a quick, "Okay." NamJoon relaxed while holding YoonGi, he played with his hair with his eyes closed. YoonGi slowly wrapped his arms around NamJoon.

     SeokJin and HoSeok walked into the room to see a sleeping NamJoon holding a sleeping YoonGi. They quickly sat on the sofa quietly letting the two get some rest while waiting for JiMin and TaeHyung to come back from JungKook's room. "Do you think things will be okay now?" HoSeok whispered. SeokJin looked over at the two asleep on the bed. "I'm not sure but I hope so." SeokJin whispered back. "I think we all are going to have to have a very long conversation together." SeokJin continued. *sigh* "We all have a lot to figure out and we need to do it together." SeokJin spoke softly, not wanting to disturb the two that were sleeping. HoSeok hummed in response.

     JiMin and TaeHyung entered the room laughing, both SeokJin and HoSeok looked over at them glaring with their finger to their lips trying to shush them. Both of their eyes widened. " I swear to god if you guys wake YoonGi up right now...." NamJoon grumbled out. "It took me a while to get him to relax and he's finally sleeping well." He whispered out while looking down at the sleeping man in his arms. "Sorry Joonie." JiMin whispered. "How is he?" TaeHyung asked. "The doctor didn't like his weight or blood pressure." SeokJin spoke softly.

     "Jin, why don't you and Hobi go see JK for a bit and then go home and get some rest. We can rotate between being here with them and going home to shower and rest." NamJoon suggested. "Yeah. Okay." SeokJin agreed giving each of them a kiss before leaving the room. HoSeok followed, giving each of them a kiss, and whispering to NamJoon, "Do not stress him out. Take care of him but also listen to him Joon. He's handling more than any of us and not a single one of us can understand what he's going through or dealing with right now." NamJoon nodded agreeing. "Also, you guys should look up some stuff online and try to be helpful when it comes to YoonGi and the pregnancy. I'll send you some links to what I found so far." HoSeok looked at TaeHyung and JiMin as he spoke. "We all need to be better." Was the last thing he said as he left the room.

     "How was your visit with JK?" NamJoon asked softly. JiMin sighed. "He's the same. I know its only been a day and a half but seeing him just laying there..." JiMin's voice trailed off. "Yeah. I know. We have to be strong for him." NamJoon replied. "We have to be strong for both of them." TaeHyung spoke up. JiMin nodded agreeing as he and TaeHyung found a comfortable spot on the sofa. NamJoon gently ran his fingers along YoonGi's exposed back. He was glad to see him completely asleep. "Let me know when Hobi sends you those links. We should all be more informed." NamJoon spoke softly as he cuddled against YoonGi's face gently and kissed his forehead.
