"You fight like a Galra!" Zarkon sneered at him.

"He is not a true Galra." Lotor snapped in Zarkon's direction. "He is a half-breed, Just like me."

Zarkon scoffed "So proud of your blood status? What a shame. Even together you cannot defeat me." He lifted his sword and Keith and Lotor charged towards Zarkon.

Life at the Sinclair ship was very different from the Castle of Lions, Yet, Keith couldn't help but compare his new team to his old friends.

Ezor was definitely the female version of Lance. always bubbling with energy, flirting and joking around with anyone she came in contact with, which is most often, Zethrid.

Zethrid was like Shiro in size and strength only. But her anger and impulsive tendencies were sure to surpass Keith himself.

Narti was like Hunk, except her obsession was with small space creatures instead of food. Although she was blind and rarely spoke, she was gentle in her approach to everything she did, even battle missions. She and Axca preferred silence as opposed to the noisy Ezor and Zethrid.

In the beginning, Keith thought that Axca was a lot like him, antisocial and quick-tempered. But she was incredibly smart and blunt. Keith found himself spending more time with her after concluding that she was a lot like Pidge.

Lotor, however, was a mystery. Much like Allura, he spoke passionately about Altea and everything he learned about its cultures and traditions, and just like Allura, he hoped to rebuild Altea one day. But he was the definition of Shiro's phrase 'Patience leads to focus' which made him (In Keith's opinion at least) a good leader, not to say that Allura was a bad one. He was also surprisingly tech-savvy like Pidge, although not as good as they were, and indulged in luxuries like fine food and fashion, much like Hunk and Lance respectively.

Upon observation, Keith noticed the relationship of the prince with his generals. They were very close, just like the paladins and the princess, there was no forced pomp and fuss about royalty (albeit ex-royalty). Axca and Ezor were the ones most often butting heads, but they worked well together and ended up getting out of sticky situations multiple times. Keith chuckled as he remembered the time Lance had to talk him out of his impulsive decision to attack the Galaras invading Shay's Bulmera. They put aside their usual bickering to save the planet without hurting it further.

It was no surprise to learn that Axca was Lotor's, right-hand woman, she was fiercely loyal to him. Although a quiet strategist, she had a unique fighting style that was aimed at incapacitating her opponent instead of killing. There was a lot Keith could learn from her combat skills and he spent every available Varga on the training deck with her.

Narti's space cat was like a constant shadow wherever Keith went. The cat would hang out with them in the training room when he was training and stare. It was unnerving since Narti herself only appeared during meals or missions.

Lotor in turn was incredibly protective of his team. That much was evident from the very beginning and he extended his protectiveness towards Keith as well. This brought about a warm and fuzzy feeling in Keith, something he wasn't used to, and immediately attempted to suppress it, opting to stay on guard just in case.
