The bus ride had taken longer then it was supposed to take due to rush hour. The walk back home takes us about seven minutes.
"Home, sweet home" Tara says sitting down on the doorstep. I take out my spare key and unlock the door. We go inside, turning on the lights. I go with Tara to the kitchen to get something to eat. We find some Goldfish and water.
"Tara, we got to go to the station in 30 minutes, so finish up" I say to Tara as I gulp down some water.
"Okay" She says with a smile.
"I am going upstairs to grab something. Stay right here," I tell Tara. As I make my way up to the study, I realize that what I am looking for will be in my parents' room. It is locked, as usual. Then I remember the spare key hidden under the vase near the door. When I open the door, I run to the bed and there it is. Sitting right there. The computer. I grab the computer and head out of the room."Tara, lets go now," I say while packing my bag with the computer. The bag is much heavier now, but I can hold it for at least until we get there.
