[Deku POV]
I glared up at Overhaul as he lifted himself and Eri onto a pillar. I jumped up towards the pillar, reaching out for the little girl.
Grab her! For sure this time!
I kicked and punched giant rocks away. I landed on a piece of rock and felt a sharp pain in a leg, but I ignored it. I jumped off and reached out for Eri again.
"Eri!"
You already let go of her once.
Eri jumped off the pillar and into my arms. I held onto her as tight as I could.
"Give her back!" Overhaul screamed, touching the pillar and sending spikes of rock towards me. I glared at him as I charged OFA.
RRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!
My eyes widened and I looked towards the ground. Something black was speeding towards me and Eri. I pulled her closer to me, gritting my teeth and glaring at the creature.
"Nice... girl...?"
Does Eri know that thing?
I landed on a piece of rock, readying to destroy the in coming spikes, when that black thing flew in front of us and cut them all. My eyes widened and I studied the creature. It looked an awful similar to Dark Shadow, but a black body and red eyes. It also had talons and sharp feathers on its wings.
RRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!
The giant bird flew towards Overhaul, destroying the spikes he was using to attack me with.
What is this bird's de-
"OCHACO!"
I looked at the ground, realizing how high up I am, and saw three figures running towards us.
"GET BACK!" I shouted, trying to get the figures' attentions. They either didn't hear me or they didn't care. I glanced at the giant bird that was attacking Overhaul. I sighed and started jumping towards the ground, using the rock debris as platforms. I landed on the ground and started running towards the figures. I could now see that they were around my age, two boys and one girl.
The girl had slightly messy yellow hair that ended around her knees, very pale skin, and forest green eyes. She wore a similar hospital gown to Eri, but light blue, along with the other two boys and bandages all over her body.
The boy to her left had light brown hair with bits of white that ended just past his shoulders, pale skin, and light gray eyes.
The boy to her right had curly olive hair that ended just above his shoulders, caramel skin, and teal eyes.
"YOU GUYS NEED TO LEAVE!" I shouted, stopping in front of them.
"WHO ARE YOU?!" the yellow haired girl questioned, glaring at me.
"I'm a hero and-"
"A HERO?!" the white/light brown haired boy exclaimed, tears filling his gray eyes. "We're being saved...?"
I looked down at Eri and then to the three teenagers. I grinned at them.
"Never fear, for we are here!" I exclaimed, happy to sound like All Might.
The olive haired boy's eyes widened and he pointed into the sky. I turned around to see the giant bird circling above the pillar, avoiding spikes.
"OCHACO!" the girl screamed, taking a step towards them. I stepped in front of her with a hand up.
"You can't go there!" I told her firmly. She glared at me.
"That's one of my best friends!" she yelled, taking a step towards me. "I'm not losing someone else!"
RRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!
We all looked up to see a bunch of rocks falling towards us.
"RUN!" I screamed, passing Eri into the girl's arms. They ran away with me following.
Ok! You got this, Izuku! Just destroy a few rocks if they get too close!
A rock was going to fall onto the olive haired boy, but I destroyed it with an 8% OFA powered kick. I landed on the ground and glanced at the pillar. My eyes widened to see a flesh monster attacking the giant bird.
That bird needs help! But...
I turned to the teenagers in front of me.
... They need my help too...
I took one more glance at the fight and looked forward, running faster.
... I'm sorry...
"DEKU!"
I smiled as I saw Froppy and Koromodako holding a bloody Sir Nighteye.
"GET TO THE HEROES!" I shouted towards the group of teenagers, catching up to them. They started to run faster, running towards my classmates. But, the ground started shaking and we all stumbled to a stop.
"WHAT'S HAPPENING?!" Koromodako screamed hugging Sir Nighteye. Froppy held onto Koromodako's shoulder as her other arm waved in the air to keep her balance. I turned around and my eyes widened. A wave of dust and cracks racing towards us.
"WE NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE!" I yelled, running towards the group of teenagers.
"BUT-"
I picked up the yellow haired girl that was carrying Eri, causing her to yelp.
"THERE'S NO TIME!" I shouted, picking up the olive haired boy and running towards the light brown haired boy. His eyes were wide, but he reached out towards me. I stopped beside him and crouched down. He blinked twice before jumping onto my back. I stood up and closed my eyes.
One For All 20%, Full Cowling
I opened my eyes, OFA coursing through my body, and ran towards the heroes. I could feel everyone's grip tightening, but I couldn't think about that now.
I need to save them. Using 20% of OFA hurts a bit, but I'll manage.
I skid to a stop beside my friends and looked at Sir Nighteye. He was wounded badly and was losing a lot of blood.
"Froppy, Koromodako," I addressed them, turning my body towards the entrance. "I need one of you to get Lemillion away from the debris and the other to get Sir Nighteye out of here!"
The two heroines glanced at each other and nodded, determined. Froppy jumped into the air, searching for Lemillion while Koromodako picked up Sir Nighteye with her tentacle arms and turned to me. Froppy threw her tongue into the dust and pulled out a bloody Lemillion. I looked into the entrance and charged 20%, causing me to wince.
It hurts, but we can make it outside to safety.
I took in a breath and ran, Froppy and Koromodako following me.
