Quinton's POV
A few days later, I wake up because my stomach hurts a lot, and I already know why, so I sit up, and I shake my mate awake.
He looks at me curiously, most likely wondering what I woke him up this early.
I smile at him, but I'm sure that he can see the pain on my face, so he sits up quickly, and he looks at my bump.
"Should we go to the Doctor?" He asks me, and I shake my head.
"We should stay here." I say.
We will most likely go to the Doctor later on to see if the baby's in a good position for the born, but it's still dark outside, so I don't want to wake anyone up.
Leif nods reluctantly, before he helps me lay down again, and I wince when I feel the pain again.
I guess that I will have to get used to it, because that's how the next few days are going to be for me, if not even worse.
So, I wait for the pain to pass, and then I make my mate cuddle to me.
He manages to fall asleep, but I doubt that I will manage to do the same with the pain that returns every few minutes.
So, I just look at the window, and I hope that I won't be giving birth for days.
A few hours later, it's already light outside, and I'm happy that the pain is still bearable, although that means that the birth is going very slowly, which I'm not very happy about.
Leif wakes up again, and he looks at me, before he frowns when he sees that I'm still awake.
But he doesn't say anything, he just gives me a kiss, and then he goes downstairs to make the milk bottles for our kids.
He comes back, and he wakes the kids up, then he brings them to our bedroom, before he gives me one of them along with a bottle.
When the kids are done eating, we decide to let them stay with us, because we won't be going anywhere until I will give birth.
Somewhere later in the day papa comes here, to see why we didn't come downstairs for breakfast.
And I tell him that I'm giving birth, so he calls Doctor Chris, who comes here to check if the baby's fine.
Then he goes out of the house, along with my parents, so we're alone.
Dad promised that he will be back as soon as possible, to help us take care of the babies.
The pain is making me very tired, but I'm in too much pain to be able to fall asleep, so I already know that it will be hard.
And I start to wonder if Doctor Chris will agree to take the kid out of me if I will as him.
But I decide against it, and I cuddle to the kids, hoping that they will help me with this pain.
