Leif's POV

Quinton had to go got the Doctor, and he told me that I don't have to go with him, because he wants to see his friend after that, so I decided to stay here.

I'm currently sitting in the living room, and I hear the front door open and close, before someone comes here.

"Is Quinton here?" Mason asks me, and I shake my head.

"He went to see his fiend, he's at the pack house." I tell him, and he nods in acknowledgement.

"Well, I'm bored, and I finished all of my work. Do you want to play soccer with me?" Mason asks, and I look at him for a few seconds, before I agree.

I stand up from the couch, and we go to the back yard, where Mason finds the ball, and he kicks it to me.

"How do you like living here?" Mason asks me, so I kick the ball to him, before I answer.

"It's alright, I prefer to live here than in the city." I admit.

"And you don't mind living with us?" Mason asks me.

"Not at all, you're not even here for most of the day." I say, and I kick the ball again.

"That's good, because you will most likely have to stay here for a bit longer than we planned." He says, and I frown.

"Yeah?" I ask him, and he nods.

"The manager of our building team is sick, and he will need a few months, before he will be able to go back to work

And I would like him to build your house, because he's the best at this, and I want it to be perfect." Mason tells me, so I nod.

"It's alright I don't mind staying here, and I'm sure that Quinton won't either." I assure him, and he smiles.

"By the way." I say after a moment of silence.

"Yeah?" He asks me.

"I was wondering if you will have any work do me, I don't really want to stay here for free." I say, and he waives me off, so I groan.

"I'm serious." I tell him.

"You can make sure that the spare bedrooms are clean, if you really want to help." He says.

"I want you to stay at the house with Quinton, because his pregnancy is very weird, and I want to make sure that he will have someone to help him, if he will need help." He tells me.

"Alright." I agree.

He has a good point, Quinton's bump is already almost twice bigger than it should be for a triplet pregnancy.

He's just in his first month, and he might be giving birth soon, even though he should carry the kids for a few more months.

So, I will happily stay with him, to make sure that he will be fine.

But I'm sure that everything will be alright, and he will give birth to three healthy kids.

I look at Mason, and he smiles at me, before be kicks the ball towards me again, so I kick it back, and we continue to play in silence.
