Everyone is having their breakfast and Avika is serving them, she is feeling dizzy but Avika is Avika she didn't care about it.

Nannu- Avika beta sit and have your breakfast.

Avika- just two minutes nannu first I serve Shiv.

Shiv - I can serve myself came sit and have your breakfast......he hold her wrist and made her sit beside him

Avika- ok.......shiv served himself and her everyone is smiling looking at these couples.

They eat their breakfast and have some chit chat. Avika stand up and start feeling dizzy she is about to fall when Shiv catch her.

Shiv - Avika what happened are you ok?........in a panicked tone.

Avika- nothing I think it's just weakness.

Bua- Avika beta why didn't you tell anyone that you are not well .

Avika- bua it's just weakness nothing else.

Shiv - what is just weakness huh ?......in a little bit anger .

He lift her in his arms and take her to their room. He lay her on bed and going to call the doctor.

Avika- Shiv I'm ok don't call the doctor?

Shiv - don't you dare to say that you are ok because you are not and don't talk to me.

Avika- Shiv I'm ok it's symptoms of pregnancy why are you so dumb?........in casual tone.

Shiv - wha.... what are we pregnant?

Avika- maybe but you said don't talk to me so I'm not going to talk........she said in a sarcastic way .

Shiv- mera baccha talk to me and tell are we really going to parents.

Avika- in the morning when I checked the result show positive and I also miss my periods so yes we are going to parents.......she just completed her sentence and now she is in his embrace.

Shiv- I'm so so happy I can't tell you how much happy I'm, oh my Avika I love so much .......... Avika is smiling after hearing his excitement.

Avika- thank you shiv for being there with me in every situation and a special thankyou for this little gift, I love you Shiv I love you so much......shiv made Avika sit on his lap and put her head on his chest, they are sitting there in each others arms peacefully.

Shiv- jaan

Avika- hmm.

Shiv - then why didn't you tell anyone about it in morning?

Avika- not now after Preeti's delivery first we need to welcome our first babies then we tell everyone.

Shiv - ok but you are not going to works anymore expect talking care of Preeti and yourself.

Avika- aye aye captain.......shiv smile at her childish behaviour and kiss her forehead lovingly.

Shiv - do you want anything cause I have to go office.

Avika- no just comeback fast.

Shiv- ok my majesty........he peck her lips and bid her good bye.

It's evening time and Preeti is feeling pain she called Avika.

Preeti- bhabhi it's paining please do something I can't take it anymore.

Avika- Preeti breathe slowly we are going hospital ok just calm down.

Avika with Preeti and bua left for hospital and call Yuvraj and Shiv.
Yuvraj is very sacred for his wife and babies.

Yuvraj- babhi when will the doctor come.

Shiv - Yuvi they are doing their work claim down ok.

Yuvraj- bhaiya I'm scared.

Shiv - come here......shiv hugged Yuvraj and rubbed his back.

After sometime doctor came .

Doctor- congratulations you have two sons and your wife is totally fine just passed out because of tiredness........the doctor left after saying that. 

Yuvraj- I'm a father now oh my god . He hugged his mother and Avika.

Avika- let's meet the babies and their mother.

Time skip

Now Preeti is discharged from hospital they are very happy now babies are two weeks old and Avika is taking care of five persons yes give , Preeti and Preeti 's babies and herself and her baby. She is also checking Parul's condition on phone because currently parul and Omveer is in Jaipur their home as you know omveer is from a royal family .

Avika is taking rest when Shiv came and kissed forehead and flat belly Avika that it's Shiv so caressed his head without opening her eyes.

Shiv- we are going for checkup and after that we'll tell everyone.

Avika just hummed in response and slept because of her pregnancy tiredness.

Both of them left for hospital after making some excuse and find everything is fine with both mother and baby they came back home and tell everyone about Avika's pregnancy.
Now everyone is double happy.

Bua- oh my god now I'm again going to dadi three grandchildren.

Nannu - and I'm again going to great grand father.

Yuvraj- babhi I'm so happy for you and bhaiya it's the best time for family.

Shiv- you guys have to promise me that you'll take care of her .

Bua- what you mean by that....... Avika is also looking at him with curiosity .

Shiv- actually bua I have to go back  Italy for two months because company is is some problems.
.......after saying that he looked at Avika but she didn't look at him she is just looking at the floor.
