All family members are very happy they are very protective towards Avika but diksha she is feeling that they forget about her but that's wrong Avika and shiv always treat her like they treat other children.
Diksha's mere presence is enough to triggered vidhan, he also don't know why hate her that much, diksha also started hating vidhan.

It's been 7 months after knowing that Avika is pregnant.
Today is Avika's birthday they plan a surprise party for her. They plan her birthday and success both parties together. They invited her brother and sister in law too.

End author's POV

Avika is sleeping peacefully when her alarm ring she woke up and left to freshen up. After coming from bathroom she start getting ready then her eyes fell on calendar he noticed today's date .

Avika- Today is my birthday wow, but no body wish did they really forget. I didn't expected this from Shiv, maybe they wish me at breakfast.

She applied sindoor and left to do pujja after doing pujja she left to kitchen after sometime Preeti also come and joined. Avika is asking about date and day but Preeti is bheaving like she forget her birthday.

Avika- Preeti do you remember what is today?

Preeti - oh thank God bhabhi you remind today is my appointment in salon .

Avika-(in her thoughts) ahhhh she and her salon I remember everyone's everything even their smallest things but they forget my birthday.

They set the food on table and start serving everyone. Avika is waiting for anyone to wish her but everyone is bheaving like nothing is special . Without saying anything she eat her breakfast she left her room.

Shiv - it's getting to much guys she is upset on her birthday and most important thing that she is pregnant.

Yuvi- we know bhaiya it's just for some hours.

Shiv- but still she is sad .

Yuvi- oh ho bhaiya don't worry bhabhi is all ok.

Preeti- and don't worry I'll take of her I'm here you go and check all the preparation.

They all left for their respective works.

In Room

Avika- they don't love and shiv he don't love me anymore how can he forget my birthday, I'll never talk to them ......she is talking to herself when her phone ring.

Avika- om bhaiya I knew it bhaiya can never forget my birthday he is the best.......she picks the call .

Avika- hello bhaiya how are you.

Yugant - bua it's me, I'm missing you so much .

Avika- awwwwww my baby I miss you too how are you?

Yugant - I'm fine how are you and sweetie?

Avika- I'm fine baby but who is sweetie?

Yugant - sweetie who is inside you, she is my sweetie, when will she come?......avika laughed after hearing it how he call her daughter my sweetie.

Avika-soon , yug where is mumma and papa?

Yugant - they are talking something important so they told me to go from there. They told me babies should not listen it, but bua I'm not a baby anymore I'm a boy now......she chuckled.

Avika- yes yes you are boy now. Accha tell me when will come to meet me?

Yugant - soon bua then I'll not come here until my sweetie come , I'll always protect her afterall she is my sweetie...... Avika is  smiling.

Avika- accha then promise me you'll always protect your sweetie no matter what situation is.

Yugant- I promise bua, oh ho bua I forgot I'm getting late for my school.

Avika- ok my baccha , go bye .

Yugant- bye bua love you

Avika- love you too.

They ended the call . Avika is smiling after hearing his cute talks how he call her daughter his sweetie.

Avika- ahhh but he Also forget my birthday this time and bhaiya you disappointed me this time, I'll not talk to you too , and parul she is my bestfriend how can she forget my birthday.
Rudra and vidhan also forgot, they claim to love me most .

In lunch time Preeti prepared lunch she is packing shiv's lunch when Avika entered in the kitchen Preeti gave her a smile which she reciprocate.

Preeti- bhabhi I packed bhaiya's lunch please can you give him actually I and Yuvraj are going to Papa's house it's important.

Avika- ok don't worry I'll give him lunch you go, bye.

Avika left for his office with driver she don't know why but she is feeling very restless like something bad going to happen.
