Sonic had been running nonstop since he went to look for Blake that was nearly two days ago and the fatigue was starting to get to the blue blur "Come on Blake where are you, I feel like I've searched the whole city twice" Sonic said to no one but himself, "ok if I were to storm out on my friends where would I go, damit I should have checked in with Ruby I don't know what to do" with that the hedgehog ran off to continue his search for his friend

not far from where Sonic was the remaining members of team RWBYS were out looking for Blake and Sonic, "they've been gone all weekend, what are we gonna do" Ruby sighed she knew as a leader it was her responsibility to make sure her team stayed together

"Blake's a big girl I'm sure she can handle herself, and Sonic should be old enough to stay out of trouble" Weiss answered in a tone that said she didn't care what happened to the two

"Weiss, come on" Yang pleaded "They're our teammates"

"oh, are they?" Weiss snarked "Blake's been lying to us from the beginning and that blue rat basically admitted to killing Dr Robotnik"

yang knew that Weiss must have been close to the man "He said that the doc wasn't dead so once we find him and Blake we can get an explanation from them"

"fine" Weiss huffed, she didn't actually hate her teammates she was just overwhelmed with all the information

cafe

Blake had been wandering around Vale after the fight and had run into the monkey Faunus boy from the docks his name was Sun and he kept following her around like a lost puppy, Blake would never admit it but she appreciated the company, the two Faunus had decided to sit at a cafe for a while, "so, you want to know more about me?" She asked

"Finally she speaks, we've been walking around Vale for nearly two days now and all you've given me is small talk and weird looks" Sun laughed, this caused Blake to give him a hard stare, "yeah like that, totally normal way to interact with people"

Blake sighed at the boy's antics "Sun, are you familiar with the white fang?" she asked

"of course, there's not a Faunus on the planet who doesn't" Sun answered "A bunch of holier than thou creeps who use force to get what they want, a bunch of freaks if you ask me"

"I was once a member of the white fang, you could say I was born into it, my parents were members when the organisation was founded it was originally meant to make change peacefully but over time that changed, they left I didn't I thought they were betraying us but I was the one who was wrong" Blake explained sorrowfully "after our protest became organised attacks we were finally being treated as equals but not out of respect but because of fear, so I left I didn't want to be apart of it any longer"

"so... have you told your friends any of this?"

Ruby, Weiss and Yang were still on the hunt for their teammates "Blake, Sonic, where are you!" Ruby shouted in an effort to find them "Weiss you're not helping us at all"

"you know who could help you, the police" Weiss answered, getting a bit of a glare from the hedgehog "It was just an idea, it would be easier than wandering around aimlessly"

"Weiss we should hear what they're side of the story before we judge them" Yang pleaded with her teammate

"I think once we hear what they have to say we'll all realise that I was right all along" Weiss responded
