"Have you ever been to the village before?" Jon questioned Lilith as she pulled her navigational charts.

The girl bit her lip and thought briefly, "When I was a child.."

Tormund nodded, "This'll have everything we need, yeah?"

Lilith pointed to the drawing on the map, "We enter through here.. There are many shops we can enter to get new clothing for everyone. You can't expect to live out here in those furs during summer."

Jon cut in, "We have no money.. We can't just-" Lilith cut him off once she sent a large velvet pouch of coin at his chest. The wolf was silent.

"How far out is it?" Asked Tormund scratching his head.

"A weeks trip. We should head out now, we can camp along this river which flows through the village, and we'll be out of sight from other kingdoms." Lilith explained. She twirled a strand of hair around her finger forming it into a perfect coil. They rolled up the charts and began getting everyone packed up for the journey through a foreign land.

Lilith, still barefoot, made her way to Cleo and loaded the charts into the saddle satchel. An older woman, a mother, approached her from behind.

"Excuse me, miss... Lilith is it?" She asked softly.

The princess smiled, "Yes, and you?"

"Honora," she lifted a pair of shoes, "I made these for ya' upon seein' yer bare feet. I made 'em with leather, should last ya a long while."

Lilith smiled and took the poorly made shoes in her delicate hands.  Without warning, she grabbed the woman and hugged her tightly.

"Thank you.. I'll cherish them forever."  Honora smiled at those kind words, she stepped back to her son helping him pack.  Lilith laced up her boots and wiggled her toes to make sure they weren't too tight.  They were perfect.

The small village traveled alongside the river for a full day before resting as the sun had nestled itself in the western sky.  Lilith led with Jon and Tormund following closely behind her, Jon's eyes never leaving her.  Lilith climbed down from her steed and approached the fox and wolf.

"We rest here... The salmon in these waters are plump and slow," she smiled.  She had never been here before, but her father and brother would tell stories of their travels and this spot was one they'd frequent.

Everyone set up their camp as Jon approached Lilith, Ghost watched from afar.  He noticed the raven haired girl staring at the water, a bow and arrow in hand.

"Have you ever shot a bow before?" He asked her causing her eyes to meet his.  Those grey eyes, like waves in a storm, shimmering with blue hues.  He could get lost so easily, like he was now.

Lilith smiled softly as the man continued to stare deeply.  She took a moment to examine his eyes, the two lost in each other for a few moments.  Dark eyes like the richest chocolate in all of Notheros, full of life like the soil in her garden.  She loved brown eyes.

Tormund stuck his head between the two, "Are you done eye fucking?" Jon jumped back and regained some notion of reality.

"Right, then... The salmon," He cleared his throat.

Lilith nodded and aimed her bow, she spoke softly with the drawstring gently brushing against her lips, "You spot the fish you want.. and without hesitation," she released the arrow sending it through a salmon's gut.

She jumped into the river and reached down to snatch the salmon once it rose to the surface, "you shoot."  She held up her meal then tossed it to Jon.  Lilith climbed out of the river, the two men stood staring at the fish.
