Goal 5: Team Y vs Team Z
Two teams stand on each side of the court, having a staring contest but all of that ended when Kuon clapped his hands once to get his team's attention to focus. "Like us, Team Y lost their first match, leading us here. Knowing this battle is a predicament, they'll be desperate to win." Taking his words, some nodded to his thoughts. "Also, keep an eye on their number 9, his shooting off the chart. Kumamoto prefecture's top scorer: Okawa Hibiki."
Ueyama glanced at the other team to look for number 9 but when he found him, the guy was already looking at him. He doesn't back down even a small fight and so he glared back at him. Okawa blinked first, "Let's go, guys!" He called out to his team and they all moved to the field after receiving a response to his command.
As much as Ueyama hated being at a close proximity with his team, he was forced by none other than Bachira. Team Z huddled close and Kuon started to talk. "With the plan that we practiced over and over, it should pay off and have faith in what we had planned."
Teams scattered on the field and once again, Igaguri was exempted and put on hold due to the imbalanced number of people on the team. Ueyama swung his right leg back and forth before taking a deep inhale and exhale. He hasn't seen the opponents' playstyle yet so it'll take a few minutes for him to counter. Squatting, he held his face before putting his hands on his knees, he muttered, "Come and dance with me."
Since the plan was to take turns, being the ranked highest among his team, Ueyama was center. When the whistle blew, the kick off started. Ueyama passed the ball to his left where Bachira was. His eyes turning a light blue hue, he told him, "I'll leave the dribbling to you first. I need to assess them so.. make them dance."
A shiver ran down his spine as he took the command and ran towards the opponents. With a big grin on his face, "You ready?" When he took off, Ueyama went in a different direction. Kuon didn't mind his actions, despite the practice they did, he knew Ueyama had something up his sleeves and thought it's part of his 'spatial awareness' skill.
As Bachira circled two players who tried to take the ball from him, one opposing player suggested two on one. Immediately, there were already two in front of Bachira. "Ehh? You think this is enough?" His eyes searched for a certain brunette from a distance. When he found him, he noticed his eyes were desperate- Ueyama sensed a red signal. A threat to their goal.
Behind the sunshine boy, a poofy lock of hair appeared. "I've done studying your dribbling, so basically there's three of us now."
"Oohh, not bad poofy bangs. Then, in that case- I'll pass it-!" Bachira passed the ball to his right where Kunigami was. "I'll take it from here." He then moved forward and the opponents quickly repositioned themselves, as if they knew they were expecting this. Ueyama raised a brow at this, there couldn't be someone like him right? If there was, he'd just had to do the same thing faster that the other couldn't catch up.
After Kunigami got far, he was blocked once again and quickly decided to give it to Bachira, "One more time, Bachira!"
"Mkay!"
'The other team had a very defensive plan that almost nullified Team Z's weapons.' Ueyama thought. His eyes just glowed light blue as an idea popped in his mind.
Bachira felt an aggressive aura from the distance and saw Ueyama staring at him. Taking that as a message, he grinned. 'Ue-chan, so risky! I like it!' With that, he launched the ball so high up. Team Z was surprised, they didn't do this in practice. The opponents quickly followed after the ball but were surprised Ueyama was there already. The ball bounced on the grassy field.
