Chapter 4

I woke up and bumped my head aand realized it was the window of my car, i sat up more in my seat to see that the car was moving i looked over and seen Nathan sitting behing thr wheel, as if hearing me he looked over and seen i was awake

"Are you okay?" he asked with concern in his voice, i felt my face, and flinched at the feeling, and tears ran down my face and realized who did it to.

"You shouldn't be here, she will kill me" i said frantically

"She won't hurt you, Brittany trust me" he said looking at the road, i looked at him.

"Why aren't i in the nurses office?" i asked him he looked over at me and pulled over and killed the engine.

"I asked if i could take you home, they said i could, that's why you are here" he said i looked at him he flinched for some reason.

"How's your face?" he asked bringing his hand up to touch my cheek but dropped it instantly.

i thought about my cheek and i started crying because it stung, "It's fine" i lied to him and wiped my tears off my face i pulled down the little car mirror

i looked at myself in horror, "Holy shit" i screetched at my face, i had mascara, and eyeliner all over, and to top it off i had brusises on both sides of my face.

"It will be fine your only brusied a little" he said starting the car back up and driving away.

"Why did we take my car?" i asked looking around a noticed it had clutter all over.

"Um i thought it would be easier for you" he said pulling into my drive way

"How did you know i lived here?" i asked him he looked down before looking at me

"Nurse" he said getting out, i sat there puzzled why would the nurse tell him were i lived?

My door opened i looked over and seen Nathan standing there, i smiled

"Sorry i was just thinking" i said getting out and realized how weak i was and almost fell, Nathan caught me, "I guess i could carry you" he said walking me to the door

"Here i will open the door so that we can go in so that you dont have to sit me down" i said smiling at him.

I opened the door and he walked in with me in his arms, "Who's there?" Aunt Claire asked coming in from the kitchen.

"Oh my god, Brittany, what happend to you?" she screamed Nathan sat me donw but kept his hands firm on my hips, which felt nice, while Claire nearly ran into me trying to keep the tears from rolling down her face.

"Merissa slapped me twice, telling me to stay away from him" i said refering to the person behind me, she obvisouly didn't realize he was standing there.

"Um hi, I am Nathan" he said taking his hand to shake her's

"Claire" she kept it simple she shook his hand and he put his hand back, my aunt followed his hand

"Claire" i growled.

"Um may if not to be rude are you here mother?" Nathan asked tensing up if Claire would yell.

"No i am her aunt, do i look that old, oh man" she said and shot up the stairs to the bathroom.

"Don't her she is always like that" i said trying to walk but he tensed so i couldn't move.

"Is something wrong?" i asked him looking up at him.

"No, i can carrry you to your room" he said asurringly.
