Autobot Base No POV

Miko and Bulkhead were watching a monster truck show on the TV as it was annoying Ratchet as Chromia was checking on the femme who was still recharging.

Ratchet: would you mind lowering the volume?

Bulkhead: hey, Ratch, check out the monster-truck rally Miko took me to last week.

Miko: I compiled some highlights with my cellphone.

Ratchet: Innocent vehicles battling for the pleasure of human spectators? <groans> blood sport.

When he said that, Chromia noticed the femme twitch a little.

Bulkhead and Miko: yeah! Yeah!

Ratchet: you could be helping Optimus in the field right now.

Bulkhead: aw, he doesn't need my help to search for some ancient educational thingamabob.

Ratchet: the "thingamabob" to which you refer happens to be a Cybertronian data cylinder. <displays it on the TV interrupting their show>

Miko: hey!

Ratchet: and there is no telling what vast intelligence it may hold. During the Golden Age, dozens of these cylinders were created, each containing the sum total of cybertronian knowledge on any given subject... stellar cartography, medicine, ancient mythology. When the war broke out, the cylinders were hidden throughout the galaxies to keep them as far as possible from Decepticon reach. Detecting one signal here, on Earth, is the opportunity of a-

Miko:<groans> T.M.I., dude.

Chromia: Miko, you might not like it but this is important. Now that I think about it, couldn't more than one cylinder land on Earth?

Ratchet: a possibility.

Bulkhead: what are you thinking?

Chromia: what if Wade found one of these cylinders?

Ratchet: that will be highly unlikely since Wade got all his cybertronian biology knowledge from the femme we found at his lab. If he indeed had gotten his hands on a cylinder then things would have been much different now.

Bulkhead: switch it back! I want to see the hoedown showdown!

Optimus:<com> Ratchet, Decepticon Ambush. The cylinder is at risk. We require backup.

Bulkhead: backup is what I'm built for.

Chromia: I'm coming as well.

Miko: go bend some fenders, Bulk.

Ratchet opened a ground bridge as Bulkhead and Chromia ran through as they didn't notice Miko running through.

Miko arrived at a battlefield where Arcee, Optimus, Bumblebee, Bulkhead, and Chromia were fighting Knockout, Breakdown, SkyQuake, Wade in his Sentinel, Blitzwing and a few Vehicons and Sentinels. Bulkhead hit a Vehicon back as it was going to land on Miko but a boy around her age tackled her out of the way.

???: you okay?

Miko sat up and saw the boy she got saved by and was instantly smitten. He had black hair, cobalt blue eyes, fair skin that was a bit dirty as his clothing consisted of a dirty and ripped hoodie with a dirty y-shirt, ripped jeans, and worn out shoes.

Miko: y-yeah. Thanks.

???: let's get away from the battle.

The boy got up and helped her up as they hid behind some rocks as they see the Autobots kind of winning the battle as Chromia was kicking Blitzwing and Optimus punched Knockout away as Wade ran at Optimus and started to fist fight him.
