NEST Base No POV
Lennox, Epps, Cade, and two soldiers were getting their equipment ready as Ratchet imputed the coordinates of the Destroyer but did it at a safe distance so the team couldn't get detected.
Ratchet: you will be at a distance from the entrance, it is to ensure you won't get attacked as soon as you step out but you will have to make the rest of your journey on foot.
Lennox: anything we have to be in the look out for?
Chromia: most likely the Driller but I doubt it will be seeking a group of humans so most likely Sentinels.
Epps: are there vents?
Ratchet: there is.
Epps: we could use those to sneak in and out.
Lennox: alright, we will go in and out. Get intel on Ash Church and anything the Decepticons are doing.
Ratchet hands Cade a Cybertronian USB similar to the one the kids used when they had to sneak in to the Nemesis when the Nemesis was alive.
Optimus: be careful out there, do not underestimate SoundStorm and his ways to repel enemies from his property.
Lennox: we won't.
Ratchet opened the ground bridge as the team went through as they stepped on Canada snow as they started walking however they heard heavy footsteps and hid as they see two Sentinels carrying a metal post somewhere as they all turned the cameras to let the base see what they are seeing while also recording.
Epps: it seems they are putting something all around the Destroyer.
Ratchet: <com> due to the weather conditions, I can't clearly make out what they are doing. Continue with the mission.
Lennox: let's move.
The team started going through the snow and they kept their guard up as they reached the door of the Destroyer as they see glowing eyes moving through the snow as Epps finds the vent opening as he removes the vent cover and crawled in first, then Lennox, then Cade, then the last two soldiers as one put the vent cover back on.
Epps: we are in. Just have to keep crawling through the place.
Ratchet: <com> go to SoundStorm's laboratory, I'm sending you a map of the Destroyer.
Epps: alright.
Epps used the map to navigate the others as they see footsteps walking from Vehicons, Sentinels, as they see DreadWing and SkyQuake walking.
SkyQuake: Megatron has no honor.
DreadWing; I agree, brother, but we must wait for the opportune moment to join the coup against Megatron.
This got the attention of them all even at base.
Arcee: <com> there is coup against Megatron?
Wheeljack: <com> about time.
SkyQuake: and we know who our new leader will be.
DreadWing; of course we do, it will be Lord SoundStorm.
Base
Ratchet: SoundStorm? Him of all Cybertronians?
Bulkhead: I mean... he has respect of almost the entire crew.
Arcee: it doesn't make it better.
Jack: SoundStorm could make the Decepticons more dangerous than they already are.
Fowler: I don't like this at all. But with this information perhaps we could let them fight each other and get rid of the Decepticons all together.
Arcee: I second that.
