Ratchet was scanning Miko as Axel was looking up at her since she was taller than him now. The others wonder how this happened and if it was the same way Wade got turned into SoundStorm and Sierra into GoldWidow.
Optimus: what did you find, old friend?
Ratchet: not much. I can scan some traces of Dark and Synthetic Energon but not much to do any harm.
Optimus: Miko, please tell us what caused your transformation.
Miko: it was... a smoothie of Dark Energon, Synthethic Energon, and regular Energon!
Optimus: a... smoothie?
Axel: she means a mixture of those three.
Miko: he also said he added Red Energon into the one he injected into me.
Ratchet: Red Energon? That's impossible, it's rare. Even more so than Dark Energon.
Miko: I know what I heard! He said that Red Energon burned in the transformation he said the process could be minutes instead of hours.
Ratchet: could SoundStorm have found any more Red Energon?
Optimus: I'm uncertain. The original Primes could have had a stash of Red Energon hidden from scanners. Where it was hidden, I am uncertain. Can you reverse the effects of the concoction, Ratchet?
Ratchet: I don't know. The effect looks almost permanent.
Miko: no! How am I gonna explain this to my family!
Axel: are you sure there's nothing we can do?
Ratchet: I'm not sure. I wish I could help but this Synthetic Energon formula completion is too important to be interrupted.
Red Alert: I'll try to help in some way.
Indominus; I'll help as well, I did clone the Predacons my own way. I'll try to find a way to reverse the effects.
Miko: thanks...
Axel: want to... watch a show or something?
Miko: I'll like that.

SoundStorm was looking at the cells of Ramarak and the other Techno-Organic Predacons, aka Rampage and Terrorsaur, to see if he can create a cure for their cell decay.
Ramarak: anything?
SoundStorm: not yet.
Ramarak: how long-
SoundStorm: it will be ready when it's ready! Ok?!
Ramarak: ok, ok.
SoundStorm: sorry but you pressuring me is not gonna help me find a cure. With Shockwave busy, I have to do this alone, add the designs of the Tri-Sentinels and Hound Sentinels into Master Mold and even the Sentinel assembler, even with all the Second in Command duties I have. So sorry if I'm not getting to your cure at the pace you want!
Ramarak: you're... stressed.
SoundStorm; oh really? When did you find out?
Ramarak: perhaps it's better if you get a break. An Energon break. We still have some time before you know...
SoundStorm: with all the stuff I'm doing, I doubt I'll get a break.
Ramarak: just take one.
SoundStorm: fine. Just let me check my email.
