Jisoo woke up the next morning and found herself on the bed in their bedroom. The last she remembered was being in the living room with Lisa.
The thought of last night brought butterflies to her stomach. She wondered how she got here. Noticing that she was now in a night dress made her realize that Lisa was behind it.
She smiled at the thought of last night, as she stared at her finger. She was now engaged to Lisa. Jisoo was still staring at the ring on her finger when the door to their bedroom opened. It was Lisa with a tray of food in hand. She was shirtless as always, only wearing a black sweatpants. She smiled at her, seeing she was now awake.
"Good morning beautiful" Lisa said, placing the tray in front of her.
"If I remember correctly, my birthday was yesterday. So what's the occasion?" She asked gesturing at the tray.
"I figured you'd be too tired to come down for breakfast, so. I decided to bring it up myself"
"Aren't you a darling. Come here" she said, gesturing her to come closer. She placed a kiss on her lips.
"Thanks" she said after the kiss before digging into her breakfast.
Lisa brought french toast, bacon and eggs with a glass of orange juice for Jisoo.
She didn't want to eat alone, so she made Lisa eat with her. After breakfast they showered together and left for work.
Jisoo broke the good news to her mom. Yunjin was happy for her daughter, she only hoped she was making the right decision.
Lisa and Jisoo began to make plans for their wedding. They hired a wedding planner who would take care of the venue and decorations.
Jisoo was almost on her way to a boutique with her mom to try out some wedding gowns when she felt dizzy. Her mom was worried about her condition but Jisoo insisted that she was fine and was feeling this way because of the stress, that she only needed to sit down a little. She sat back on the couch to regain herself.
After some minutes, she felt better and decided to stand up but she fainted as soon as she stood up.
Jisoo woke up in a hospital confused as to why she was here. She saw her mom sitting on a chair beside her.
"Why am I here?" She asked
"oh honey, you passed out so I brought you to the hospital"
"Mom I told you not to worry. I was just stressed out" she said. She didn't want her mom going through a lot of stress and worry because of her.
"I know honey, I was just worried. The doctor ran some tests, the result will be out later, but you can come pick it up when you're okay because the doctor insisted that you should take some rest for a few days." Her mom informed, making Jisoo sigh.
