It was a crisp morning in the quiet town of Tokyo. Nobita stumbled into Doraemon's room, excitement in his eyes. "Doraemon, today's the day! We're finally going to find the Tsuchinoko!" he exclaimed, clutching a poorly drawn map of a nearby mountain.

As the commotion grew, Daiki, peeked in curiously. "What's a Tsuchinoko? Is it like one of those creatures from my dreams?" he asked, scratching his head. His memories were still foggy, but his adventurous spirit shone brightly.

By the time Doraemon agreed, the rest of the gang had gathered. Shizuka, always eager for a wholesome adventure, smiled. Suneo and Gian, not wanting to miss out (or let Nobita hog the spotlight), tagged along. Dorami, Doraemon's cheerful sister, chimed in enthusiastically, "With all of us, we'll surely find something!"

Soon, Doraemon activated his Anywhere Door. "Let's go straight to the mountains!" he said, ushering everyone in. They stepped through, finding themselves at the foot of a dense, misty forest.

The Search Begins

The group stood at the base of the forest, surrounded by towering trees and a faint layer of mist. In the distance, faint drumbeats and laughter echoed through the air. Doraemon explained, "Today is the annual Tsuchinoko Festival. The locals celebrate the mythical creature by reenacting old legends and sharing stories."

Shizuka clasped her hands. "That sounds lovely! Maybe we can visit after our search." Doraemon nodded. "If we find the Tsuchinoko, we'll be the stars of the festival!" he said, pulling out a Map Maker Drone. The gadget buzzed to life, mapping the area and providing a digital guide for their search.

Suneo looked uneasy. "Are we really going to search this whole forest? It looks huge!" he complained. Gian scoffed. "Stop whining. If we catch the Tsuchinoko, we'll be heroes!" Dorami offered a solution: "Let's split up into groups. We'll cover more ground and meet back here in an hour."

They paired off:

Nobita and ShizukaSuneo and GianDoraemon and DoramiDekisugi and Daiki

Each group was given a communicator to stay in touch. As they headed deeper into the woods, Daiki paused. "Why does this place feel... familiar?" he murmured, but no one heard him.

Splitting Up: A Series of Failures

Each group ventured deep into the forest, their hopes high, but their searches met with frustration and strange phenomena.

Nobita and Shizuka: The tremors beneath the ground led nowhere. After uncovering a series of ancient symbols carved into the earth, they realized the markings were incomplete, offering no clues. Exhausted and unnerved, they returned to the meeting spot empty-handed.

Suneo and Gian: At the shrine, their investigation hit a dead end. Despite Gian's bold claims, the structure showed no signs of activity or hidden paths. Suneo, increasingly anxious, urged Gian to leave. "We're wasting time!" Suneo snapped, dragging a reluctant Gian back to the regroup point.

Doraemon and Dorami: The Map Maker Drone continued to malfunction near the signal-dead zone. The siblings tried other gadgets, including a Periscope Stick, but the dense fog made visibility impossible. Dorami sighed. "It's like the forest is deliberately blocking us," she said as they headed back.

Dekisugi and Daiki: The twisted tree and the strange footprint revealed nothing new. Despite Daiki's strong sense of familiarity, his foggy memory offered no answers. "I thought I'd remember something... but it's all blank," Daiki said dejectedly as they abandoned the site.

Regrouping: The Festival Grounds

As the sun began to set, the group gathered at the bustling Tsuchinoko Festival, their spirits dampened by their lack of progress. Colorful lanterns swayed in the wind, and the lively sounds of traditional music filled the air, but the group sat together quietly on a bench.
