Chapter 12

8-year time leap (Guys, there is no Dhushmani track.) 

It's been 8 years since Manorama's demise. Bondita went to London to become a Barrister. Batuk started to help Binoy in his business. Kaka was the same, but he did miss his Bondita Beti.  Som became a doctor. Sampoorna became good. She misses her little sister Bondita. Binoy and Sampoorna have a daughter, Shaswati. Anirudh always missed his Bondita.  He was upset that she didn't send a letter to him all these years. 

Anirudh POV

It's been 8 years since Bondita left for London. After Manorama's demise, everything started to change. Bondita didn't talk to me. I tried so many times to make her talk to me, but she always avoids me. Even if she talks to me, she always taunts me. She didn't forgive me. Initially everyone started to avoid me and were angry at me but later they forgave me. But the one person's forgiveness that I need didn't look at me. 

One day when I came from the courthouse, I saw everyone looking sad. When I asked, Kaka told me that Bondita left for London. I was shocked. She didn't tell me anything about it. Didn't she think I need to know about it. I couldn't bis goodbye to her. I ran to my room and cried a lot that day. 

Letters used to come from London. She always wrote letters to each member except me. Initially I thought she was upset with me, and she will send letters to me later ones she cools down. But, till this date I have not received any letters from her. From Kaka I got to know her life in London.

Sampoorna Maa gave birth to a girl. I named her Shaswathi. She was same as Bondita. Very naughty. Whenever I see her, it always reminded of Bondita.  Her cute antics makes everyone smile.

I heard Kaka shout. I went down and saw him looking so happy.

Kaka, what happened? why were you shouting? I asked.

Kaka- Letter came from London. Bondita Beti is coming back. She became a Barrister and is now returning. He said happily.

Hearing Kaka, I felt so happy. My Bondita is coming back. She now became a Barrister. I always knew that Bondita could do it. She made our dream come true. 

Kaka, I'm so happy. When is she coming? I asked him.

Kaka- She will within 2 days. I have to prepare for her arrival. Bihari, where are you?

Bihari- Yes Maalik.

Kaka- Go and start to decorate the haveli. Bondita Beti is coming back in 2 days. I want everything ready. The Lakshmi of this house is coming back. Decorate everywhere.

Bihari- Ok Maalik. He said happily and went away.

Binoy- Da, I will go to the factory. I will buy gifts tomorrow for Bondita. My daughter is coming back. 

Shashwati- Baba, Bondita maasi is coming. Will she like me Maa? 

Sampoorna- Of course she will like you. She will become your friend. She said smiling at the thought of Bondita. 

Shashwati- Really maa! She asked innocently with sparkling eyes.

Sam- Yes. You are just like your maasi. Now go and play outside.

Sha- Ok. She ran outside to play.

Sam- I am so happy. My sister is coming. I will make all her favorite items.

Kaka- Sampoorna Bahu, she will come within 2 days, so make sure everything is ready. You can help Bihari.

Sam- Ok.

She left. 

I went to my study room. I opened a drawer and took a photo of Bondita when she was small. Seeing her innocent but mischievous smile, I couldn't help but miss her. I am eagerly waiting.

I know I did wrong towards you Bondita. But I will make sure we will be like how we were before Manorama came. I know you don't consider me as your Sakha babu, but you will always be MY Bondita.

Hi guys. I know this a short chapter. 

This chapter is after a time leap because I didn't know what else to write. As I have written, there is no Dhushmani track in this.
