Chapter 14
(Author's Note: Some text from this point on will be visions/prophecies you see. These will normally be indicated by bold and italicized effects being used on the text. Be careful, because when any character who is a telepath talks, this is indicated by italicized words as well, while using the bold effect for emphasis only.)
Fire. All around you is fire. Your new home, your safe haven, burning to the ground, as you hear evil cackling and shrieks and moans. As you run towards your new home you see your new family being butchered in various ways by figures covered with big thorns. You try to save them, only to have all efforts be in vain, as you only pass through the enemies, like a ghost.
You hear Zalgo proclaim "Now this world is MINE!" behind you, and as you turn again to face him, you see him standing over three bodies; Slenderman's, Toby's, and yours.
You suddenly start to get a painful pain on your forehead as you start hearing someone whisper in your head.
"This can be prevented, but you must battle for that which you care for fiercely. Do not back down when your time comes, and you will be able to save them all. Know this however, if you become the victor of the oncoming battles, it will not be without sacrifice."
As the whispering voice fades, your vision begins to fade once more, and you welcome the black void of sleep again.
