Chapter 4
As you approached the house, Slenderman started to speak to you all. “Alright guys, our job tonight is to eliminate a person who kidnaps others, then sells them into slavery. As you all know by now, I really hate this, but this target is even more special than that,” you all stopped near the house looking back at him as he continued, “This is also the guy who tried to kidnap (y/n)...we were lucky enough to stop him when he did kidnap her, but he got away while we were tending to (y/n).” Toby started to practically growl out, “Let’s g-get him then.” You followed closely behind Toby while Ben went to shut down the electricity in the house, when he made you look at him. “(y/n) if y-y-you don’t what to do this, you don’t h-have to,” He said as he looked at you worried. “Screw that, Toby! This guy deserves it! Besides,” You said as a wicked smile appeared on your lips, “I want to get him back for what he did to not only me, but all those other people.” Toby and Ben didn’t know it, but hearing about human slavery always upset you, but now that you could do something about it, you were damned determined to do something to help.
As soon as the lights went out, Toby cracked open the window and both of you slipped inside. You saw the man sitting on the couch and as you walked up towards him, the floor creaked under you. You silently cursed yourself as the man tackled you, then ran past you and started to attack Toby. You ran and tackled him again, but then he started to strangle you. As you felt the life slowly being squeezed out of you, He pulled off your face mask and goggles. “No, it can’t be!” He said, his skin paling. Toby knocked the guy off you, and he started to get up, staggering from the blow. you pulled the dagger out of it’s sheath, jumping on the man and plunging it somewhere in his chest. As he fell, he looked at you in horror, fearing for him life. “This is for all those people you hurt.” His eyes got wider as he whispered, “You can’t be...!!!” Those were his last words as Toby finished him off. You started to smile as you yanked the dagger from the man’s chest….doing that felt….good. You started to chuckle softly as Toby started to lead you out of the house.
You caught up to him and asked, “Hey Toooooobyyyyyy, why didn’t you tell me this felt this good? or how fun it was?” “B-because I thought you’d h-h-hate it,” He admitted looking at you, “So, you l-liked it?” “Hell yea! That was awesome! We’re like insane superheroes or something!” you yelled happily as Ben and Slenderman walked up visibly trying to hold back laughter. “And here we thought you were going to hate us for this...although I was expecting that guy to put up a little bit more of a fight...he did injure Jeff the last time we came after all,” Slenderman thought as he stood next to you. You smiled widely as you thanked them all for taking you on the trip, and then Slenderman teleported all of you back to the house.
The first thing you did after you got back was take a shower. As the warm water slided over you, you tried to think about what could have happened if you had told Slendy no when he asked if you wanted to stay. You thought about it the entire time, and by the time you finally laid down on your makeshift bed, you smiled, happy that you had said yes.
