Amy's pov
Maria and I were just finishing episode 2 of The Amazing Digital Circus. The show itself was about six humans who got stuck in a virtual Circus and they don't know the way out. The main character Pomni, is the newest member in the group who was chilling at home and tried on this mysterious headset and was unable to remove it. She seems to suffer from anxiety and is searching for a way out. She meets the other members known as Jax, Ragatha, Kinger, Zooble and Gangle. The AI host Caine, creates adventurers for them to go on. Not gonna lie, they look like adventures I see myself going on; dangerous but intriguing. I just like the way everything is. The animation, the character design and the story so far. Maria may have favored Ragatha, out of the six, and I think I know why. She seemed patient, caring and forgiving... well, so far. It's probably how she used to be with Shadow. I can see her wrapping his arm with bandages and telling him to be more careful if something bad were to happen to him. She really is great. She's lively but at the same time, she's calm and calculated. I can learn from her. Suddenly, I heard the cranking of the volume of speakers, followed by music. I then heard the sound of people cheering altogether.
Amy: Do you hear that?
Maria: *nods* Sounds like some kind of celebration.
They went to the window to see what it was. It appeared to be a party down the street.
Amy: Wanna go down there and see what it's about?
Maria nodded.
Amy: Let's go then.
Maria's pov
Amy gave me some suitable clothes to change into and we left the hotel. Our attire were the same, just different in color. She was wearing a black leather jacket, red blouse, black and red hat with black and red sneakers and I wore a white leather jacket, blue blouse, white and blue hat with white and blue sneakers. I've never worn these kinds of clothes before. I've seen girls wear such clothing with confidence and "vibes", if that's how you use the word. I feel so weird, but so free at the same time. All my life I've been used to sporting dresses and skirts. As we made it down the street, we saw people gathering around, cheering for two people on stage. Looking at the massive banner, their names were Niko and Nikki. They were both white cats dressed in black and rainbow/spectrum themed outfits similar to Amy's but instead of shorts, they were wearing ripped jeans pants. Twins without a doubt.
Niko - What's good homies!?
*Crowd cheers*
Nikki - How y'all doing tonight!?
*Crowd cheers once more*
Niko - Hope you're ready!
Nikki - And hang on to those rails!
Niko & Nikki: Cause y'all are bout to get blown away!
Amy and Maria finds a space among the crowd while the music was building up. The twins were about to start.
