Ch. 3

(Y/n) stared at her ceiling hopeless, it was eight in the morning and she was still contemplating if she should open up the shop or not. She rolled over to her right and stared at her wall, she didn't want to open up the shop but she knew she had too. It was still seven and they didn't fully open until nine so she decide to a small nap before heading to work.

After about fifteen minutes she lazily pulled her self away from her bed and started to get ready. She made her way to the restroom and slipped out of her pajamas which consisted of just a black shirt and her underwear. She turned towards the mirror yawning loudly as she stretched, maybe a shower would help her wake up.

She walked over to the shower and turned it on as hot a she could, she wasn't much of a cold shower person. Semi on the other hand was and always insisted on taking cold showers especially if they were going to shower together. Sometimes they would and other times they wouldn't but it reminded her how Semi would always tease her if they did have a cold shower.

(Y/n) again walked towards her mirror and looked at herself closely. She leaned in closer her nose almost touching the mirror and continued to observe. Her eyes walked over her face trying to find some sort of flaw, she believed something must be wrong. She had little acne or moles on her face and sure she did break out a lot but it was nothing to worry about as everything was easily fixed with some patches or cream.

Her face was not something she usually worried about but what if that's why he probably left? Did he think she wasn't pretty enough? She sighed and pushed her unwanted thoughts away.

Still tired she stripped out of her clothes and slipped into the hot shower. The steam blurred her mirror so when she finally finished she couldn't see herself anymore but it's not like she wanted too anyways, right?

She looked at the time on her phone and smiled as she still had sometime before she was suppose to open. She wondered if she could also grab a coffee for free from Sugawara too, just like her parents.

(Y/n) quickly changed into her clothes which was another simple black tee and some black sweats, today she was going to be teaching some students on how to use the pottery wheel which could sometimes get messy if you didn't wear an apron, which (Y/n) didn't like using.

Again, she may have been broken too but today was a new day, maybe she would become friend with another boy or girl along the way and become friends and maybe that would lead to newfound love.

She laughed at her silly little thoughts, no that may not happen but it's nice to think that it could. (Y/n) knew she had to spend some time to work on herself and try and heal. She knew that it was going to be a difficult task but she wasn't afraid, she knew that no matter what her future was shining bright ahead and nothing was going to stop her.

That is until she opened her front door.

She looked at the girl standing in front of her door, it was Semi's friend. She looked at (Y/n), scanning her from top to bottom, silently judging her.

(Y/n) cleared her throat and closed her door slightly, "Um, can I help you?" she said raising a brow.

The girl smiled and placed her hands behind her back, "Yeah, hi, I don't know if you remember me but I'm Semis childhood friend."

(Y/n) nodded and crossed her arms, "Oh, you, yes how could I forget the girl that was always throwing herself on my boyfriend." she said rolling her eyes.

"EX boyfriend," she said emphasising the 'ex' part.

Again, (Y/n) rolled her eyes, "Yeah, yeah, whatever."
