One whole century passed and all that was left between Monsters and freedom was one last human soul. They waited and waited. It felt like an eternity. Countless monsters had passed and new young talents had been born. It seemed like all hope was lost, until one day, an unlucky child fell down the mountain and onto the flowerbed. They pushed themselves back onto their feet and continued down the dark corridor. In front of them was a patch of grass illuminated by the light seeping through a crack in the ceiling. A single golden flower spurt from the ground.
FLW: Howdy! It's me, Flowey the flower! What's your na-
Shivers are sent down the flowers' roots, and for the first time ever, a flower without emotions felt fear course through its' body and all by looking at the childs' expression. They wore a sinister smile and it didn't take long before the underground was left a mere graveyard. The child found themselves at the end of their journey, in a golden hall... the last corridor. An old pal awaited their arrival, a comedian skeleton.
SNS: It's a shame it had to be like this. We could've been friends in some other timeline. Who knows how many times we've had this conversation, and judging by the look on your face, it isn't the first. Oh well, it doesn't matter.
FSK: 𝚃𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚋𝚎 𝚏𝚞𝚗.
SNS: It's a beautiful day outside, birds are singing, flowers are blooming and on days like these, kids like you... should be burning in hell.Multiple bones spurt from the ground underneath Frisk. She dodges and dashes towards Sans, swinging her knife. Sans easily dodges and manipulates her soul, throwing her against the wall. She changes her orientation mid-air and lands with her feet, before launching forwards. Sans summons a wall of bones, which block Frisks' rush. She slices through the bones, but a blaster awaits on the other side. Frisk manages to evade the blast, but not without losing her left arm. Sans smirks and summons a lot of bones, firing them towards her. Frisk dodges through them swiftly and gets close to Sans. She swings her knife. Sans dodges and smirks, but he didn't predict the second strike to come so quickly. Blood stains his hoodie as he drops to the ground, leaning against one of the pillars.
SNS: Heh, you won again, kiddo. Just hurry up and reset so this can end as soon as possible.
FSK: 𝙸'𝚕𝚕 𝚔𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚊 𝚖𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚝𝚒𝚖𝚎𝚜 𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚎... No, I don't want to.Sans raises his head to look at Frisk. His eyes reflecting how shocked he is.
FSK: Being friends... doesn't sound too bad.
Frisk grips her knife tight and flips it around, before thrusting it inside of her soul. Her body drops to the ground, lifeless. Sans looks shocked, but then smirks, understanding what happened. His life flashes before his eyes. The universe resets once more. A young child falls into the underground, onto a flowerbed. They push themselves back onto their feet and limp down the dark hall, where they meet a talking flower.
FLW: You're back here again?! Please don't kill m-
His plead for mercy was interrupted as Frisk bows down and hugs the flower tight. A tear falls down Floweys' eye but he quickly hides it and disappears, cursing Frisk. She simply smiles back. The caretaker of the ruins, Toriel, runs to see who fell. Seeing Frisk reminds her of her adopted daughter. Toriel takes Frisks' hand and brings her to their home. Blook sees the child and feels something will be different this time.
