ʟᴏᴏᴋɪꜱᴍ ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀ-?

As a kid off the streets, the luxury that Charles Choi surrounded himself with had absolutely dumbfounded her. Now, she sat in an open plan room, the highest floor of  HNH Group Building, a conglomerate company that owns many smaller businesses. And Charles Choi was at the head of it all.

Soon, she heard the ding of an elevator and multiple foot steps. Just what did the Chairman want now? He was having her trained already. Was it a new teacher? Her questions were soon answered when they walked in.

A boy, who could have only been in his early teens stood beside the Chairman. "(Y/N), I would like you to meet James Lee. You two will be working closely together, so I expect both of you to get along."

Well, that definitely didn't happen.

Following Gun and Crystal into the HNN building, a grumpy expression rested on her face. The white walls were spotless, which annoyed her as she tried to find something to distract herself with. They headed towards the elevators, a looming hallway in front of them. The building was multiple stories high, and no one knew what truly went on behind the countless doors.

Well, apart from her and James Lee.

Entering the elevator last, (Y/N) made sure to keep her distance from the rich girl and her body guard. With his glasses on, a normal person wouldn't be able to tell where Gun was looking. But she knew him. And she definitely wasn't normal. He was looking at her, but (Y/N) couldn't tell what he was thinking.

She ignored the lurch in her stomach when the elevator started moving up. It felt like the lift was taking forever, they were definitely going to the top floor. The completely dead silence wasn't any help either.

Finally they reached the very top, above all those who did not posses such luxury. It was the perfect vantage point to look down at those who were less than you. Hell, that was probably the Chairman's favorite past time.

The familiar ding of the elevator pierced her skull as they exited into the floor that contained a private penthouse. But that was not where Crystal led them, and (Y/N) immediately realized the gravity of the situation. The conference room held many unsavory memories. The doors were opened by men in suits, revealing the Chairman himself, Goo, Jae and none other than DG himself.

(Y/N) fought an eye roll at the name. He had been known as James Lee, Legend of the First Generation, until he discarded that identity. Ugh. There was no particular reason for their mutual distain for each other, they had just clashed heads as soon as they were introduced. So much for Charles Choi's plans for them.
