He opened the door and walked in quietly.
"dad?Are you okay?" Tubbo asked.
Tommy ranboo and tubbo looked at him with concerned.
Bad smiled sadly and the children gathered around him.
"Im not." Bad said.
"I knew it!Whats wrong?" Ranboo asked.
"Well,you see,im going to die very soon." Bad told them.
"what?" The boys said tears in there eyes.
"You cant die!You are our first family!We need you!" Tommy said crying.
"You all will be okay.Quackity and skeppy are going to take care off you." Bad said hugging them.
"You wont remember im gone.You wont even know who I was." Bad told them camly.
"Yes we will!" They yelled.
"I will never forget!" Ranboo said.
"Me neither!" tubbo echoed .
"yeah!" tommy said.
"No,all memory of me will be wiped from your mind." bad said.
" No.It wont. " the three said stubbornly.
"Because your not gonna die!" Tubbo yelled.
"yeah,your gonna be fine!" tommy said.
" I wish that were the case. "Bad said chuckling sadly.
"Why are you dying?" Ranboo asked.
"Well,I did something bad long ago.And because of that,when I had something important to protect,I had to pay a price in order to protect it." Bad said.
" Was it worth it? " ranboo asked.
"Absolutely!" Bad said ruffling his hair fondly.
"What were you protecting?" Tommy asked curiously.
"One of the best things that ever happened to me!" Bad said.
"Thats not an answer! "Tommy pouted.
Bad laughed.
"Are yall hungry?" Bad asked.
" Yeah! "They said happily.
" Lets go then! " he said leaning on his cane for balance as the kids ran ahead of him.
"They dont believe him." Skeppy said watching the kids run ahead of bad.
" Well of course they dont,there kids.And bad makes death seem like a chore that is not that bad but has to be done. " Quackity said.
"There has to be something we can do!" sapnap said.
" No.There isnt. " XD said.
sapnap,skeppy and quackity jumped.They forgot he was there.
"I suggest you forget about him." XD said.He was a god again.
"It would be better for all of us." He disappeared into a flash of blue light.
Skeppy sighed.
The next few days past in a blur.Skeppy,Quackity,sapnap,bad and the kids did everything with each other.
Quackity and tommy kept bickering.
Skeppy punched quackity.
Tommy,tubbo,ranboo,and sapnap burned dreams house down.
Ranboo accidentally teleported to chick-fil-a.
Quackity kissed bad and got kicked in the balls by tubbo.
Ranboo,tommy,tubbo,and bad maxed skeppys credit card out at target.
The point is,they had fun.
Bad,who was on the brink of death,was almost as energetic as tommy.
He refused to let there final days together be ruined by him.
When the fateful day finally arrived,Bad begged sapnap to take the kids to sonic or something.
He didnt want them to watch him die.
Quackity and skeppy refused to leave bads side.Bad pleaded with them to leave but both refused.
Bad coughed up more and more petals and blood.appeared
"Step back." bad told them.Skeppy and quackity took a step back.
There was a flash and a being appeared.
" GeorgeHD. " quackity whispered.
George nodded at him before looking at bad with a fond but sadened face.
"You were ready?" He said .
Bad nodded.
"It pains me to do this halo." George said.
"Then do it quick." Bad said.
"Can you get them out of here?" Bad asked gesturing towards Quackity and skeppy.
George nodded.
"Bad no-!" They started before they disappeared.
George sighed.
"Its time halo."
" Indeed it is. " Bad said voice unwavering as he felt Georges sword run through him.
Bad fell to the ground.Smiling threw the tears and blood.
George looked away sadly before teleporting back to the ascended realm.
Bad heard the door burst open and Quackity and skeppys desperate pleas.
He smiled at them.
"Its okay.You wont remember a thing. " Bad whispered.
Quackity and skeppy cried.
"You have one hour before you forget everything." Bad said.
Quackity and skeppy looked at him.
"I thought you said-? "Quackity started.
"I was owed a favor." Bad answered smiling.
Quackity and skeppy smiled back as bads body began to change into pink petals.
This continued until bads body had completely transformed into petals.
Where his heart should have been,there was six small beautiful roses.
One was a diamond shade of blue.
Another was sapphire blue.
there was an orange one.
There was a half white half black rose.
There was a green one.
And there was a red one.
That was all that remained of him.
Quackity and skeppy grabbed the roses and went to collect the kids
Sapnap Started crying when he saw the orange rose.
"Hes dead isnt he?" Ranboo asked upon seeing the roses.
Quackity and skeppy nodded.
Ranboo tucked the rose into a little slot his crown had.
Tubbo put his in his hair and tommy tucked his into his shirt pocket.
The three did not cry.But there was a deep sadness in there eyes along with a flash of triumph.
They would never forget bad.
**Damn.mature kids.the hour aint up yet though. "
