Zodiac Academy: Opposites Attract

Chapter Two

12:30- "Aqua wake up." Aries says as she shakes Aquarius's shoulder. The other zodiacs have gone to lunch but Aries and Gem stayed to wake up the sleeping student. "I can't wake her will you try?" Aries says turning to Gem. The female Gemini twin nods and pulls out Aqua's headphones from her bag and plugs them into her phone while putting them on Aquarius. After Gem has everything in place she smirks ans turns the volume to high and presses play on a song. "DAMN!! WHAT THE FUCK?!" Aquarius screams as she bursts awake and pulls off the head phones. "What the actual fuck Gem?!" Aquarius says while trying to catch her breath. "Silly Aqua! It's time for lunch and you were still sleeping!" Aries says as she pulls Aquarius and Gem to the cafeteria, while Aquarius glares at Gem and Gem waves innocently to Aquarius.

In the cafeteria the boys are at one table and the girls another. "Ini have you seen Gem? I thinks shes with Aqua." Pisces says standing in front of the male Gemini twin. "Look guys Pi-Pi Cry-Cry is still crying over shorty!" Taurus says loudly, and the guys laugh minus Pisces, Ini, and Capricorn. Leo looks eye to eye with Pisces and fake pouts and turns his fists under his eyes mimicking someone crying and laughs. Pisces thanks Ini and glares at Leo, "We'll see who's laughing when Aqua is made Pitcher and Captain!" Pisces says then walks over and takes a seat next to Virgo and across from Libra. "Pisces calm down getting emotional isn't helping your case with them." Libra says while gesturing to the other boys. "They shouldn't make fun of him anyway Libra." Virgo says while straightening her glasses. "Whatever" Libra says taking her tray and moving to her other table with Scorpio and Cancer.

Leo watches Aries drag Aquarius and Gem over to Virgo and Pisces. "No way is shorty gonna be pitcher." Leo says looking at the other boys. "Whats wrong with Aquarius being captain?" Capricorn says placing his bookmark in his book. "She can't be captain! I am!" Leo says in a huff. "That is up to the team and coach, not you Leo." Capricorn says giving Leo a stern look.

"Then don't vote for her!" says Leo.

"And what if I do?" says Capricorn.

"Well don't!"

"But I am."

"What?! Why?!"

Capricorn sets his book down and clears his throat, The idiot is gonna learn one way or the other. Capricorn thinks as the others all think, Damn and here comes the lecture... Capricorn looks at Leo in silence, Leo opens his mouth to say something but stops when Capricorn holds up his hand and starts to speak, "She puts everything into the team and doesn't let your rivalry with her interfere with the other teammates. Her plays are always better and she's kind and encouraging to us. May she have begged to be put on the baseball team instead of the softball team shows she would rather play the harder game. She puts more time and energy into the team at practice then all of us combined, she deserves it." With that Capricorn takes his empty tray and leaves the table.

"Well do you all agree?" Leo says turning to the rest. Ini is the first to speak, "Well yeah, its the truth." Ini takes his tray and fallows Capricorn. Leo glares and watches them leave. "No way in hell am I letting that little devil being captain." Leo says as Taurus and Sagittarius nod behind him. Leo rests his gaze on Aquarius laughing with her friends where they both catch each others eyes. Leo breaks his mid-second gaze with Aquarius and storms out of the lunch room repeating the same thought over and over again, I'm gonna be captain not her, I'm gonna be captain not her.
