DO YOU LOVE ME?
You say i love you like it were some kind words.
Like it would penetrate my steady heart and keep it stirred.
I ask a reason for such a sudden move in our game,
And all i could decipher from your eyes is some prize you want to claim.
As if those words could ever be my weakness.
Full of Solomon's wisdom but my heart speaks of my uniqueness.

You say i love you and you're the only flower in my garden.But perhaps your garden wasn't made for flowers to burden.
I have seen people dig these words out of the hearts they buried them in.
And i take solace in the sorrows of the scars the victims harbour within.
So if you ever want to reach me with these words,
Do not just say them like a spell weaved by wizards.
Show me why you say i love you with such intensity ,
And let the eternity of it's feeling, be the disease that breaks my immunity.
