Gazing at the moon so bright,
A hundred times I've asked with all my might,
To express the love within my heart,
That shines so bright and will never depart.
With each dusk and each dawn,
I long to hold you, to keep you warm,
To share my secrets, my soul to show,
Why you're the one I need to know.
Your smile sets my heart ablaze,
And every time I see it, I'm in a daze,
My adrenaline spikes, my knees grow weak,
Just imagining your lips I long to seek.
Will you be mine, my reason to smile,
With each fluctuation of my hormones and each beat of my heart's file?
You're the universe I believe in every time,
Together we'll love, together we'll shine.
