Immigrant Song- Led Zeppelin
Beau~
"I'm not fucking doing this." the baritone masculine voice said. "I didn't sign up to do your shitty dirty work." He vigorously defended through the phone.
"You hired me for 3 hits. I'm on the 7th one now because of your 'drawbacks' I've made it clear this is the last time you hear from me." Beau seethed over the phone.
He was a fucking hitman with military experience not a low life negotiator for God's sake.
You could hear a long, extensive sigh coming from the other end. "Beau, don't start, you signed up to get out of a struggle, you're the best of the best, if you want out, you got to get your hands dirty."
Beau suddenly hung up out of anger. This was bullshit.
"FUCK." That's the type of yell a man gets once a lifetime. He struggles to get up off the mushy terrain. "One shot. And I'm out. My last hit, no more setbacks."
He opens a very large suitcase he kept by his side, and he began putting the pieces together. Bit by bit, a heavy, military built rifle began to form.
He began to mantle it on to the nearest stable branch, waiting to settle onto his target.
Seconds pass, then minutes, then hours. Beau was arguably the best hitman that had walked on the earth, but even experts required time and precision. But, once he was ready, he pulled the trigger and...
Boom.
Beau was finally done with his job, and he wanted out. After packing up his weapon, he threw his phone on the floor and stepped on it causing the phone to smash into pieces.
Once he was done, he threw it out, so that he could not ever be contacted again.
He knew how those bastards worked. If they could get ahold of them again, they would. But he refused to do shit for anyone anymore.
Beau's last location was recorded at that very spot, untraceable, leaving him as if he had just...disappeared.
And he was content with that because that meant he wasn't tied to anyone, and he was finally fucking free.
~at the airport-
"Boarding for Paris, section 21A, boarding for Paris" the P.A. said out loud throughout the airport. Beau could finally settle down and enjoy his life for once. At peace.
Beau finally could do whatever he wanted; he was a free man.
Or so he thought.
Beau eventually made it back to his "humble abode" in Paris, France. Where he opened the door, a letter flew out from the side.
Huh, what's this? Beau wondered to himself, after leaving his things inside checking out the envelope. It was from the palace of Ambrosia in the Kingdom of Lenore.
Beau didn't know much about the Kingdom of Lenore just that was a small country that bordered Europe and that it apparently was a country notorious for attracting tourists.
It apparently had thousands of beautiful sites that you could see. But Beau wouldn't know because he had never been to Lenore.
Why would the palace ever want to contact me? Beau thought as he opened the enveloped.
Inside there was a letter.
" To Beau Manson from the Palace of Ambrosía, Lenore
Beau Manson I've come to provide you with this written letter requesting your "Unique Abilities." For a new job to protect and devote yourself to the Crown Princess Nova Elise Dubois. We have read your background and evaluated your skills, and we believe you are the perfect fit.
This job will officially give you the title of " The Crown Princess's Personal Bodyguard." You will have to stay with her throughout the day and the night. While it is a challenging job, we are more than sure you are equipped to handle it.
If you agree and accept this job offer, then we will happily fly you down to the Kingdom of Lenore free of charge, if not you're more than free to ignore our offer. We hope to see you here, Beau.
- From King Philip and the Palace of Ambrosia"
"What a bunch of sappy sob shit." Beau rolled his eyes, about to rip the envelope in half, but a strange paper falls out.
It was check. For five times how much the hit agency offered him in total.
"If this is how much it pays, I wouldn't mind being the princess's bodyguard, I'll have to see what's going to happen." Beau said out loud.
He read the rest of the information and made the decision to accept the offer. I mean what harm could it possibly bring? Beau thought. Beau proceeded to get on the private jet to the kingdom. On the flight, he was mystified by how amazing the service was, the plane, the food, and the seats. He was astounded because it was something he'd never experienced before.
"A bodyguard could definitely get used to this." He said as he got off a plane and a royal limo picked him up.
As the car pulled up to the palace, Beau looked up amazed the palace was like the height of a skyscraper for him. "Here we go beau, one last job." Beau said to himself.
Beau walked into the royal palace and came face to face with 3 of the most important people that he's ever met.
Beau was nervous but he composed himself, He shook hands with King Philip who was a decently tall man was a fair share of gray hairs. Then, he shook hand with Queen Fleur who was a graceful woman with blonde hair.
Beau looked to his right to see the last person he had to shake hands with his eyes landed on her. Princess Nova Elise Dubois.
She had golden blonde curls cascading down her shoulders. Pink lips that matched the color that was on her cheeks. And innocent yet mischievous brown eyes that were drilling holes into his head.
Oh, this is going to be fun. Beau thought to himself.
As he got on one knee, grabbed her hand, and kissed it, "Hello princess, I'll be your new bodyguard, I'm Beau."
