Rishi annoyedly denies Ayush's claims and starts sipping his coffee
"Shalu ko call kar, usse puch, Lakshmi ne kuch khaya hai" Rishi tells Ayush
"Bhai, yaad hai na, usne kaha tha ke khana kuch hi time main serve ho jayega, aur usse baar baar call mat karen, bhabhi ko shak hoa jayega" Ayush reminds him
Rishi grabs his phone and records an audio message for Lakshmi, he knew Lakshmi won't eat anything, so he tried to convince her through that audio message
"Lakshmi, ab tum ye sunte sunte, Shalu ko kuch mat kehna, main aur Ayush hi uske peeche pare hue the, ke hume tumse milna hai, main araha hun Lakshmi, apni dulhaniya ko lene, please, mujhse thodi si baat krlo, maine bhi kal subha se kuch nahi khaya hua, please, tumhe meri kasam hai, tum ache se pet bhar kr khana, taaqi main bhi kha sakun" He says, and sends it to Shalu
Ayush smiles at him and reminds him of what he had said
"Good job bro, 'main apni dulhaniya ko lene araha hoon, that line was PERFECT!" He said, making Rishi glare at him
Shalu's phone vibrates, and she checks it, she sees Ayush's message and an audio on top of it, she realizes it's Rishi's and makes Lakshmi listen to it after pleading her
"Please, thoda sa sunle" She requests her, Lakshmi gives in and does
She tries her best to stay stubborn while listening to the audio, but Rishi's words melt her heart, she tears up
"Ab tu bhi unhe aik message kr de, chota sa" Shalu requests Lakshmi
Lakshmi agrees to do so, but she remains stubborn and stern throughout
"Main kha rahi hoon Rishi, tum bhi kha lena ab, lekin mere peeche mat ana" She records and then sends it to him
Rishi finally received the message he had been waiting for, and he excitedly listens to it
He smiles at her message and replies back with a heart emoji
Lakshmi reads it, and her anger rises once again, but before she could react fully, Rishi decides to delete the message, he sends a thumbs up emoji instead as he knew he had lost the right on her
"Thank you Lakshmi, par please, apne dulhe ko uski dulhan se door mat raho, main phir bhi aunga" He says, smirking while recording the audio message
Lakshmi ignores him message, and relaxes her head on the wall behind her, Shalu feeds her the food given by the local train workers
"Di, ab tu kya karegi, jiju toh arahe hain, agar woh tujhe saath le gaye toh" Bani innocently claims, feeding her older sister
"Nahi Bani, main nahi jaungi, aur usse lejane bhi nahi dungi, usne mujhpar se saare haq khud khatam kiye hain" She determiningly claims
"Rishi bhai, ab ap rest krlo, main drive kr leta hoon" Ayush offers
"Nahi Ayush, Lakshmi ka dil maine thoda hai na, toh uske paas jaunga bhi main khud" He said, declining the offer
