"Rishi hutto, please" Lakshmi pleaded as he wasn't leaving her
Rishi smirked and glared at her red lips that had gone wet due to nervousness
Lakshmi notices him glancing and grazing at his lips and jerks back before anything more could happen
Rishi smirked and winked at her, she ran outside and went to the kitchen, completely red and blushing profusely
Her cheeks felt red, her legs felt weak, her heart rate had dangerously risen, and she was loving it, even if it meant denying her feelings in front of Rishi
Meanwhile, Rishi was inside, his eyes were closed, and he was reminiscing the moments he had spent with his wife and how finally, everything was about to be back to normal
His phone vibrated, jerking him out of his thoughts, and once he took a glimpse of the person calling, he picked up annoyedly
"Rishi, why would you go to Lakshmi's village, are you out of your mind?" Malishka started
Rishi was disgusted, she had called him 2 days after he had left his house, and she now had the audacity to question him like that
"Excuse me, forst of all, main yahan do din se aya hua hoon, do din se tumhe mujhe call karne ki taefeeq nahi hui, aur ab call karke mujhe ye sab bol rahi ho?" Rishi savagely replied, furious at her
"Maine...mujhe..." Malishka stammered, angry and upset
"Don't even try miss Bedi, koi justification nahi hai tumhare paas, aur haan, don't call me again!" Rishi roared through her phone before hanging up, ignoring what she had to say
He changed her name back to just 'Malishka' instead of 'My Forever' which was the reason he got so furious, and blocked her to not receive any seductive messages from her later
Lakshmi, who was outside listening to their convo, felt a triggering tingle in her heart, it was as if her heart was signalling her that this was the right time to confess, but on the other hand, he brain signalled her to let it flow and make sure Rishi isn't playing anymore
She sighed, and closed her eyes, accepting anything, eiher defeat or victory, she had to go through it, and to sum up, it was her life, she had the choice to say yes or no
Rishi tried calming himself down, after that annoying talk with Malishka, but wasnt able to, he took his phone, and was about to throw it down, when at that exact moment, Lakshmi walked in
She widened her eyes and stated
"Rishi!" To which Rishi paused and looked up at her
"Control karo, chodo usse" She says, gently grabbing his phone from his hand and placing it on he side table
"Tum kab se yahan thi?" Rishi asks her, holding her hand and making space for her on the bed next to him
"Jabse baat shuru hui, tum gussa bohut zyada karte ho" Lakshmi said, with a frown
"Aur tumhe bura nahi laga, maine usse baat ki" Rishi asked her, holding her other hand as well
"Bura...toh nahi, par agar tum gusse main aakar kuch kar jaate toh haan ... aata" Lakshmi assured him, to which he smiled
"Ab tum chup chaap khana khao, warna main sach main gussa karungi" Lakshmi said, making a serious face
Rishi grabbed the plate and placed it on his lap, he looked at the food, then at Lakshmi, she understood what he wanted, and acceptingly folded her legs
She broke a piece of the bread and unsatisfiedly placed it back down, Rishi's smile turned into a confused one, and he asked her what was wrong
"Thandi ho gayi hai, main aur bana laati hoon" Lakshmi said, taking the plate from him
