Rory~

BLUE had always been a colour that I held close to my heart.

There are so many colours to pick and choose from. Some people might even think that my choice preferences were borderline crazy sometimes, because of the way I pursue things.

It may also be based off the reason that I call the ocean my home. Which is, apparently, one of the most dangerous and mysterious thing to ever have been explored on this entire planet. My brother for example, thinks I'm a little crazy to love the ocean so much.

"It can be scary, Coco," he tells me sometimes. "90% of the ocean has not been explored yet...you don't know what's out there," he'd exaggerate.

I just smile at him with my teeth showing, happy that my heart is not scared of something like that. The ocean can drift me away. It can lift me up, cheer me up, make me happy. The ocean provides me peace and when the day comes...I know that the ocean will be the end of me too.

It may be considered crazy how much influence it has on my life.

Blue is the colour of the ocean.

And it's the colour of those eyes.

Two of my most favourite things in this world have blue colour. The ocean and JJ's eyes.

And right now, a smile creeped up my lips as I stared at myself in the long body-mirror Kie has in the corner of the room. Standing in a beautiful satin shimmery baby blue dress.

The thin straps fitting my shoulders, the corseted top of the dress accentuating my curves perfectly as my breasts were a little pushed up, showing off slight amount of cleavage, the thigh-slit sits on my right leg as it gave 'a sexy look' in Kie's words, the dress flowing down past my ankles as I admired it. The white heels that Kie lended me, makes me look taller than what my actual height is.

Kiara had planned out our entire look. She had bought this dress for me, going shopping with her mother after I'd agreed to come along to the Midsummers. And, man, has she outdone this? yes.

The dress was perfect. The heels were perfect as she lended me some jewelry of hers to accerozise, a pearl necklace and a few silver chains adored my neckline and I would not dare to lose any one of them, knowing they are more expensive than anything I could ever afford.

Kie had made my hair into loose waves and braids in a half up-half down style as they flowed down my back, past my shoulders. She had also done a simple glowy makeup, a slight shimmer on my eyes, light eyeliner and a slight blush with an almost nude baby pink lipstick.
