Peter POV
I paced back and forth I healed Mira but she still hasn't woken up. I fear the knife might have hit her heart. Felix watched as I kept pacing.
"Shadow!" I yelled
My shadow flew down.
"How can we save her?' I say
"Her heart has been significantly damaged." He says as he floats in front of me
"A potion could stop the symptoms. But the damage is done. It won't work forever." My shadow says
"What potion?" I ask
"The water from the island." He says
If I give that to her she will be bound here I still need her to venture to the Enchanted forest to find the boy.
"You know I can't do that." I say
"There is another option." He says
"Remove her heart for the time being, Let her go to the enchanted forest. Then put it back when she comes back." He. said
I nodded
I shove my hand in her chest grabbing her heart and pulling it out. I see her heart has a deep cut across it. This explains why she's not waking up. A box appears in my hand and I place her heart in it. Setting it on the top shelf.
Mira POV
My eyes fly open.
"Welcome back love." Peter says smiling at me.
"Hey." I say sitting up.
Something feels off. I can't place it but I feel funny.
"How long was it out?' I asked
"A few hours." He says
I nodded.
"I know you just woke up. But I need you to go to the enchanted forest and look for the boy." Peter says sitting on the bed
I nodded I was about to get up but he stopped me.
"Tomorrow." He says
"Tonight you rest." He says
I nodded
"Felix you know what to do." Peter says
Felix nods and walks off.
I try to sit up but Peter pushes me back down on my back.
"You need rest love." He says
"I think I've rested enough. I want to find that little-" I began
"It's being taken care one I have the boys tracking her down as we speak." He says
"Then I want to join them." I say trying to get up again.
He pushes me down again this time he is holding me down by straddling my waist. He hand playing with my hair.
"You sure you want that?' He says his hand traveling down my neck down my shoulder and arm.
"Because I can think of a few more fun activities we can do right now." He says with a smirk his nose inches from mine.
he smirked
"Unless your too afraid to do anything fun." He says
I smirked back at him
"Is that a challenge?' I asked
He chuckled
"Maybe it is." He says
"Fine challenge accepted." I say
"Excellent." He says with a big smile
I grab his shirt and pull him towards me and kiss his lips. He knows full well I'm up for any challenge. And I don't intend to lose.
