It didn't take long before Willow started getting bored of the silence in between them. It was rather unusual for her but then again, nothing happening was really out of the ordinary now.
"What's your name?" She asked softly, adjusting a sleeping Pistachio in her arms so he wouldn't fall down randomly.
"Raven-" the other grumbled out, seeming like he wasn't really thinking about the conversation Willow was trying to start.
"Well, you seem like you know where you're headed, but do you?"
"Yes."
"Where are we going to then?"
"Kota's."
Willow decided to not question any further as the single word replies were about to drive her mad. Taking in a deep breath, she closed her eyes which almost caused her to almost miss the turn Raven did towards a house.
He knocked on the door in a unique pattern. Three knocks on the top right, two taps on the handle and then he dragged the tip of his shoe towards the bottom of the door. Only in a couple seconds, the handle of the door twisted and then the inside of the house was revealed slightly.
The person at the door, he was even taller than Raven and had bulky shoulders, olive skin and a gentle, rather worried look on his face as he came out from behind the door.
Raven, without saying a word, walked into the house and clicked his tongue, motioning for Willow to do the same. With her shoulders slumped, eyes puffy and arms no longer alive, the brunette walked in after the other.
Most likely feeling the stress Willow was in, Pistachio woke up and yawned as the door closed behind them after the duo entered. Another guy was standing next to the reddish brown haired guy.
"Who's this?" The one with jet black hair that was tied behind his head asked, motioning over to Willow with his head.
"The girl I saved." Raven grumbled out like it wasn't an obvious fact.
"Saved...? From what?"
"Being the dead body in her parents' house-" That made an involuntary hiss come from Willow and she slightly tightened her hold on Pistachio as if to stop herself from doing something rude.
"No need to mention that fact." She finally muttered out and turned around. "Okay now that I actually am like miles away from my only safe space I think I can actually go out and die peacefully." Sarcasm, it dripped in every decibel of the words she spoke.
"Oi what's taking you so long? Mr B. wants you three in the kitchen too to ask for opinions." A blonde appeared at the door, again with long hair but this time instead of it being tied up, he had it all messy and didn't look like he really cared.
As Willow inspected him, his blue, playful eyes caught her green ones and he sent a grin her way. "Hey, you alright?"
It seemed like her being somewhere so out of place for her was a normal thing and he didn't seem to mind her existence. That could've been appreciated other than how Willow actually wanted the four men he was in between of to care...
Why though... It's just a stupid little thought I'm not a teenager anymore... Fudge-
Feeling her heart start to beat faster, Willow turned around quickly and as soon as she did so, a hand landed on her shoulder. Firm.
"You do realize that we are at a point of life and death games and are not up for much sarcasm, right?" A smoky voice spoke as the scent of the soil right after a rain, that stunning scent got closer.
"I-I do..." Willow replied softly, her voice shaking. Pistachio barked, looking up at the man with jet black hair getting overly close to his owner with his teeth showing.
