Chap. 7 In the Morning

You were sleeping peacefully until you felt someone stroke your hair gently, as you opened your eyes a bit to be greeted by the moon shining through a window, you looked around and noticed you were still in Horror's room.....and man was it a mess, there were some poster that were torn up, glass shattered, and walls seemed to have some cracks on them, you felt bad for him,

how could someone endure living like that....fully living knowing that they can cause this much damage....it must be painful. You were caught out of your thoughts as you heard a semi deep tired voice speak.

"S-sorry....can you get me some....*yawn* water?" he asked as you slowly got out of his grip and rubbed your eyes. "Oh sure, I can do that." you said as you got up but before you could take a step on the ground Horror grabbed an arm around you waist. "Never mind....glass....on floor..." he said as he picked you up and placed you on the bed back into your cuddle position.

"Oh...sorry...maybe I could get you some in the *yawn* morning." you said as you slowly closed your eyes as he hummed in response, then the both of you were back to sleep.

Meanwhile downstairs again

Nightmare walked out of the basement with Killer who was covered in soot and dust. "Damn I'm tired!" Killer said as he was about to flop down on the couch until Nightmare wrapped a tentacle around his waist preventing him from doing so. "ah ah ah....not on the clean couch....take a shower first." Nightmare said making Killer whine.

"Awwww....fine." Killer said as Nightmare let go of him and he headed towards the stairs. "Sup octo." Error said as he was eating some popcorn while he was watching a zombie movie seeing a girl getting cornered while a bunch of zombies were gonna get her. "Don't call me that Error." Nightmare said as he sat down on an armchair.

"Also the hell are you doing up so late?" Error asked as he took a sip of soda he found in the fridge. "Well I heard crashing noises and I was about to go see if Horror was alright, until Killer asked for my help with getting a possum out of the house.." Nightmare said as he blankly stared at the screen making Error almost choke on his drink.

"Wha- what!?" Error said as he stared at Nightmare in disbelief. "What?...possums do live in the woods ya know?" Nightmare said bluntly as he got up from his armchair. "Well, I'm going to see if Horror is doing alright...talk to you later Error." Nightmare said as Error nodded.

"Uh yeah...and when you get back can you tell me how big it is?" Error asked with a bit of a worried tone making Nightmare just chuckle a bit. "tsk why should I tell you?...when you can search it up...also it was a full grown adult." Nightmare said smirking as Error just shivered a bit.

Nightmare knew that Error hated animals especially ones that looked dirty, after that Nightmare headed upstairs towards Horrors room, he was about to knock until he sensed that everything was peace full.

"Huh...weird." Nightmare muttered as he decided to teleport into the room and as soon as he did he noticed that everything was torn apart and the walls had some cracks on them, he noticed Horror sleeping peacefully, but what he saw surprised him, he saw a human foot, and moved closer to the bed as he saw y/n!?...her face was shining a bit as the moon shined from the window on her face.

Nightmare didn't know what to say at that moment, how did the human manage to calm down Horror without using magic, and how is she not dead yet?...usually when Horror has his moments he very aggressive.

Nightmare was caught out of his thoughts when he saw the human move around she got with her eyes still closed as she stretched and made a small seductive moan which she probably didn't mean to do making Nightmare flush up a bit, as he felt one of his tendrils start to wag.
