Chap. 12 The Orb Broke!

Meanwhile back at the Cabin

"So....how's the problem looking so far?" Error asked as Nightmare shook his head and sat at the table across from him. "Hmm...well...my brother has told me that the orb that channels our magic....isn't working...and since Possums and other small critters keep ending up in the basement...their chewing on the wires that is messing up the orb." Nightmare said as he took a sip from his coffee mug.

"Huh....well oh well...me and you are able to teleport out of here whenever we-" "Its not that simple Error..." Nightmare interrupted making Error glare at him a bit. "What do you mean?" Error said a bit annoyed. "Well apparently Ink infused a bit of magic from all of us....which allows us to get energy from that thing as well...which means if that thing breaks...were all going to be stuck in this Au.." Nightmare said as he stared at his now empty mug.

"Wha- how did he even get mine or your magic?" Error asked in a mad tone. "I'm not sure...but I do believe he did go into our past battles from other Aus a long time ago...and scooped up the remains of our magic there." Nightmare said as he got up and walked over to the sink. "This is dumb!....how dare he take a bit of my magic without my consent!" Error said sounding angry as he turned to see Nightmare writing on a piece of paper.

"Well it is what it is Error...there is not much we can do...except for help trying to fix it...you can pitch in to ya know?' Nightmare said as he glanced at the annoyed Destroyer who was looking away from him, as Nightmare sighed. "You know...things have been a lot more boring ever since you all went clean..." Error commented as Nightmare just rolled his eye lights.

"well your right....but we can make better memories now I suppose." Nightmare said as he was doing the dishes. "Well we didn't fully go clean though." Nightmare said as he placed the dishes on the rack to dry. "What do you mean?" Error asked as Nightmare smirked a bit at him. "I do look for negativity sometimes....and my oh my....it certainly is a treat indeed..." Nightmare said as he chuckled a bit. "Uh-huh.." Error said bluntly as Nightmare rolled his eye light and frowned a bit a his response.

"Good afternoon everyone..." Blue said as he was walking downstairs to see Nightmare and Error. "Well you sound quieter than usual?" Error added as Blue looked away from him with some concern. "H-heheh...yeah.." Blue said as he sat down at the couch and turned on the tv to a monster channel. It was pretty awkward until Dream walked up from the basement covered in soot and dust.

"jeez....The design on the orb was terrible...but I think it should start working now." Dream said as he smiled at him brother. "Stop looking at me like that..." Nightmare said as he walked away from him and sat on the armchair, and Dream just sighed at his action.

"Hey Dream, tell Ink that when he is about to do one of his 'bright ideas' make sure he tells us about it..." Error said as he did air quotes, and placed his feet up on the table to scroll on his phone. "Sure Error...and I'm really sorry that happened.." Dream said as Error scoffed in annoyance. "Yep....you sure are Sorry Dream.." Nightmare said sarcastically, but before Dream could respond their was the sound of running coming from downstairs, as Sans slammed the basement door open.

"Guy's Ink's doing something...uh!...not good come quick!" Sans said as he quickly ran back down in the basement and the others teleported there as well.

In the basement

"Ink...calm down please-" "Just let me fix the orb!" Ink said as Cross had his weapon out and was standing infront of the orb guarding it from Ink as well as Fell. "What the hell are you doing!...stop this shit!" Fell said as Ink looked at Fell with some tears in his eyes. "J-just let me fix it please! I-I can help I can be better! T-than everything will be better!!!" Ink yelled as he heard the sound of teleporting behind him.
