Chap. 38 Finding You!

Some time before Y/n texted them the skeletons were doing regular stuff, most were calm and not really affected by the situation, but others that were starting to get close and understand you more were more affected. Horror was doing the dishes, he wanted to make more breakfast, but it seems like last night he used up most of the ingredients to try and calm down his stress level,

Nightmare was reading more about souls and how bad your case was, Killer, and Fell were playing video games, Sans was hanging around the Star Sanses, and lastly Error was watching Cross and chattin up with him.

"You sure your feeling any better?" Error asked him as he lied on the couch upstairs. "Yeah...I just feel....terrible honestly..." Cross said as he was rubbing his temples as there was still a lingering headache for him. "mhm....I'll text Fell to come upstairs with your medicine..." Error mumbled as Cross nodded, he was looking outside as he felt sad and angry at himself.

"Cross...it's not a big deal...and look its not your fault Y/n left...now stop being a sore loser about it.." Error said annoyed as Cross shook his head. "no....No I won't stop this is all my fault...If I had done something sooner and not have listen to Dust none of this would have ever happened.." Cross said as Error rolled his eye lights.

"Okay sure go ahead blame yourself...but if you keep reminding yourself of the bad shit that you did nothing will change...I hate to sound like a therapist but you need to stop and just accept what's happened." Error said as Cross got up and glared slightly at him making Error flinch slightly, he hadn't noticed that one of Crosses eye lights were now all white.

"Why the hell are you still here with me?...I'm not some kid to be babysat...Get the hell away from me." Cross said coldly as Error scoffed at him. "YOU really think I want to be HERE...with you?" Error snapped back as Cross frown depend. "HA! I much rather be in my room watching Undernovela than be here with your whining lookin ass...I'm only here because boss told me to...as if anyone would ever want to-" There was a sound of footsteps coming from the stairs.

"Error..arguing with a dying person ain't gonna help the situation here bud.." Fell said sarcastically as Cross sat back down. "I'm not DYING dumbass." Cross said as Fell sighed and placed the medicine Infront of him. "haha...How I wish sometimes.." Fell muttered as he felt a pillow get thrown at him. "HEY!" Fell yelled as Error just chuckled. "I was gonna get you some water and food...but I guess that's cancelled." Fell said in annoyed tone as he started to head off, and Cross just sighed. "What? you wouldn't get a dying person some food?" Error said sarcastically as Fell just flipped him off.

"Look...he's not crippled he can get it himself.." Fell said as he left downstairs making Error laugh as Cross just groaned in annoyance and slumped back down on the couch. There was the sound of another pair of footsteps as there was Killer, although he had more eye goop dripping down his face, and looked more lifeless as he sat the tray of food in front of Cross. "Dust...would have givin it to ya...but...he thought you wouldn't want to see him." Killer said in a hollow voice as Cross just sat up and thanked him.

"Thanks....and...I'll think of talking to him later...if I feel like it I guess." Cross said as he looked at his mean which consisted of two bagels with butter on them, scrambled eggs, and bacon, with a side of orange juice which was a basic breakfast meal to eat, but still. "Have you guys seen uhh..some type of cloth?" killer asked as he was wiping the eye goop with his sleeves. "Oh....uh no?..." Error said as Killer just nodded and started quietly heading downstairs. After he left Error and Cross just stared at each other in confusion.

"Is he sick?" Cross asked in confusion as he took a bite into his bagel, and Error responded by shaking his head. "Nahhh...its just a few days after the human left the dark magic has been festering in him more often...eh...dunno why.." Error said calmly as Cross sighed. "Well...I'm done with breakfast." Cross said as he sat and carried his plate. "Woah woah woah...what about the eggs and shit?...You didn't even finish." Error said as he rose a bonebrow as Cross just sighed.
