Chap. 36 More Problems Womp Wonp

After eating Sans and Fell decided to get up and leave the bar, Once the left they headed towards the car, as Fell silently cursed opening the car door. "Fuck fuck fuck....this....this is terrible...heh.." Fell gulped quietly as he began to sweat and Sans just sighed and sat in the car as Fell started to drive. "Did you see that?" Sans asked as Fell was to busy focusing on the road and to worried about what was on his mind about the text nightmare sent.

"Y-yeah? sure.." Fell said bluntly as Sans frowned a bit. "No...I mean at the bar...that monster we meet before was there..and he seemed to be chatting with Bunny bunny.." Sans said as Fell nodded not really caring. "So...what are you saying he u-uh...followed us or something?" Fell asked as Sans nodded his head. "yeah...kinda weird right?" Sans asked as Fell nodded. "Mhm...sure.." He said bluntly again as Sans seemed rather annoyed this time.

"Okay Mr. Edgy what's gotten ya so upset huh?" Sans asked as Fell sighed. "Well...you know how Nightmare sent me a bunch of angry texts....I thought he was just mad at me for borrowing his card for buying some gas back then...but noooooo..." Fell took a sharp breathe in annoyance and worry. "It's about Cross....and he's....not doing well..." Fell said as Sans seemed confused, but before he could say anything he was cut off by Fell.

"We were supposed to get him some medicine......40 minutes ago...and well.....we didn't so....he's gotten worse...so were gonna have to take a quick turn to the-" he was cut off when there was a loud ringing sound coming from his phone making him jump. "Don't worry I got it.." Sans said as he took Fells phone that was in Fell's pocket.

"W-wait don't" Sans cut him off by answering the phone. "jello it's me Sans.." he said casually as he heard some angry growling coming from the other side of the phone. "I DON'T WISH TO SPEAK WITH YOU!!! WHERE IS FELL YOU NIMROD!!!" Nightmare yelled from the other side of the line making Sans flinch slightly as he had to turn down the volume.

"Uhh..look there is a long line at the pharmacy you'll just have to wait just a few more minutes sir.." Sans said as he heard another voice that sounded like Dream, he was about to ask Nightmare something until he heard the sound of crashing come from the other side. "THE HELL ARE YOU DOING SWAP!" Nightmare spat as he barely heard Dream on the other side trying to calm his brother down. "NO I WON'T RELAX!!!...THIS IS SERIOUS!!...Whatever...look just hurry it up...things are not getting any better.." Nightmare said as he hung up the phone, making Fell breathe a sigh of relief as Sans glared at him.

"What is wrong with you.." Sans said angrily as Fell just shrugged a bit. "L-look I wanted to go out for a small break ...jeez...is that so hard to ask.." Fell said as Sans shook his head. "no no NO...what's wrong is that you were ignoring something important Fell.." Sans snapped as Fell sighed, feeling guilt creep up to him. "Well..Look I didn't know it would be a problem where someone was actually hurt...I...I just thought he was mad at me...So I decided to ignore it and face the consequences when I get home..." Fell said sadly as Sans huffed in anger...

"Look...thats the problem Fell...You TRY to run from your problems...and thats what makes things worse.." Sans said calmly as Fell grumbled in annoyance. "I didn't cause this problem damn you!...And I dont RUN from problems...I just....set them aside for later..." Fell said the last part quietly but Sans heard. "Fell....tell me exactly what happened to Cross...and what Nightmare told you.." Sans asked sternly as Fell sighed taking a left turn on the road. "I...he told me that Cross suddenly passed out...and that he started breathing rapidly...so when he went to check his soul...half of it was gone..." Fell said looking ahead on the road seriously, as Sans's eyelight's went out.

"Wait...that doesn't make sense...doesn't he already have half a soul Sans asked as Fell shrugged. "Well he does...but also not really...Xchara is kinda sharing a soul with him...but for some damn reason he disappeared, and so Cross's soul is taking effect or something like that..." Fell said as he pulled up to the pharmacy store, making Sans ponder.
