Elise's POV:
I shiver violently in my night dress as I dry away my tears. I had been crying all night. Slowly, I slip into the bathroom and stare at my pale reflection. Using magic I clean myself up. Looking normal once again. I dress in my school attire and walk down the stairs into the common room.
There sat next to the fire is someone I didn't want to see. Even now my heart began to quicken and my breathing becomes ragged as I stare at Tom. His eyes were closed and his hands rested in a prayer position.
I just want to sit and talk to him all day. But knowing him and Parkinson were together.....made me want to rip my hair out. Shaking my head violently I begin to walk to the door. "Wait" I hear Tom's voice call out to me. It takes every single vibe in my body to not run into his arms. But knowing that him and Pugface kiss and hold hands makes me jealous as fuck.
Holding my head higher and squaring my shoulders I walk away from him. From the common room.

During the course of the day I made sure to avoid Tom and refused to make any sort of eye contact with Parkinson.
Just before dinner I was wondering down the halls when I feel someone roughly pull me into a darkened hallway.
"Elise we need to talk" I instantly recognise the voice as Tom Riddle. Anger flares up inside of me as I bite back my tongue. "I have nothing to say to you Tom, now piss off" I growl, I begin to walk out and across the courtyard to get to the Great Hall quicker but Tom halts me again.
"It's not what you think with me and Parkinson-" he begins but I interrupt "what is it then Riddle? It's none of my business, I obviously got the wrong message and if you think for one second-"
My words and thrusted back down my throat when a pair of soft lips are placed against mine. The rain thundering down on us. It was electric and I couldn't help but kiss back. Gently, I run my hand through his soaked hair and deepen the kiss. It was so natural to kiss him it made me giddy inside. As we pulled away, the need for air growing too strong he smiled brightly at me.
"Be mine?"
"Of course"
