Chapter 1 | Bus & Feelings?

HAERIN'S POV:

I was waiting for the bus to arrive.
so i can finally practice at school for our match tomorrow,  i was pretty annoyed at the time while my phone kept on buzzing in my pocket i was in a bad mood so I didn't pay attention to it.

My bus arrived i was about to go in when to girl's came in first pushing me, making me falls backwards on the side walk as soon as that happened someone caught me it was not like the other people who we're aggressively touching me.. which is weird i gasp and look at the person who caught me in their arms.

She was smiling at me widely which made my heart beat i push her away and look away blushing

"You okay?" I looked up at her, her eyes full of worry i gulped "yeah I'm fi-" the driver of the bus yelled at us "Are you two going in or not?!" She sighs and walks in the bus i just followed her.

There weren't enough space anymore and there was only one seat left the girl looked at me her brown eyes sparkling.
I felt my surroundings slow done..
I slapped myself really hard causing everyone on the bus to look at me

I was embarrassed and looked on the ground while the girl who looked like an angel laughed. Im not mad at her but why does her laugh sound so angelic.. i gesture her to sit on the last seat she insisted, i look at her and smile slightly... this will be embarrassing.

"Just sit down stop being stubborn.." i say with a slightly cold tone "Haerin i think your the stubborn one" How does she know my name w-what the, i sigh before placing my arm on one of her shoulders just lean in and whisper

"Would you rather just sit on my lap then?" I say not even a slight regret i saw the girls cheek turn to a pink shade...
i was confused at the same time h-happy? I laugh slightly and let go of her shoulder "Cute" i thought to myself

I felt her stare at me i don't even remember how many times I swallowed
my own saliva at the same time i think im gonna dehydrate soon.

She grabbed waist slowly which causes me to flinch she pushed me making me plopped down on the?... chair.. wait
"What the" she chuckles as i tried to stand up but I couldn't because she was in front of me and her hand is on my shoulder pushing me down

I sigh im not losing to you .... what's her name shoot i forgot to ask "Hey angel, what's your name?" I notice her blush? Why is she blush- is it because of the nickname?? Im going crazy

"M-my name is Danielle" she gives out a hand for me to shake "Danielle Marsh" she repeats and i take her hand shaking it before pulling it towards me making her sit on my lap

"Your so unfair Danielle making me sit here because we were both stubborn hmm?" I whisper slightly on her neck
She wasn't talking back i saw her ears turn red as i said that.

"Daniel-" The doors on the bus open which is in front of the school before i could finish my sentence Danielle ran out quickly making me confused i just walked out of the bus and walk in to the school i placed my hand on my chest noticing how loud it beats

And my cheeks were red as a tomato.. is it just me or its hot today? Im going crazy i gasp and ran towards school i have a match tomorrow shit...

As i walk inside the school, girls came and ran towards me screaming i just sighed and went to the schools indoor basketball court ignoring the girl i closed the door i was alone in here but i kept on missing my shots and hum disappointedly and confused too

Coach said to think of something i like or someone... i thought of someone right away and start to shoot, my heart was beating loudly and fast I didn't even miss a shot.. Danielle why are you doing this to me?

I took a break and drank my water then
I checked my phone and it was just my best friend Minji ranting about her crush Hanni..

I looked at the ceiling wiping my sweat
Danielle hmm what a cute name
I think i like her....
