Chapter 20 | Cruel Love & Explanation

DANIELLE'S POV:

After 8 years of not seeing you my love

I walked on the front door and knocked "Kitty!!" She opens the door and crosses her arms quirking her brows "you lost the spare key again didn't you?"

I sighed and nodded looking on the ground like a kid "Danielle your already 28 and you still loose your stuff" i stomped inside "Im home"

I muttered low enough thinking she wont hear it "Welcome sweetheart" she hugs me "I missed you" "i missed you too kitty~" i replied

I started to smile "I love you mhm" i muttered, she smiles and kisses my forehead "i love you too dani"

"Sweetheart is better" i crossed my arms pouting, she laughs 'her beautiful laugh'

"Okay, fine ill cook you lunch sit down on the couch" i stepped inside and jumped on the couch like a kid

While Haerin was cooking i was bored so i walked up to her and hugged her from behind

She flinches "S-sweetheart?" I smiled and kissed her neck, she hums and goes back to cooking i felt her stiff body relax

As i kept on kissing her neck and shoulder, "Can i bite it?" She huffs "Dont even try" i bite her neck gently, she flinches as her stiff body comes back

"Dani!!" She turns around and faces me, i was grinning like a jerk HAHAHA, she runs after me annoyed while i ran to our bedroom

I plopped down the bed and covered myself with the blankets "Aha!! I caught you now" she says jumping on me making me groan

"I SURRENDER I SURRENDER LET ME GO" i yelled, making her giggle "Oh your lunch, come on its almost finished bu the way"

I nodded and got out of the blankets slowly, i walked back down with Haerin  behind me following

After eating i kissed her forehead while munching my food, when i finished i quickly hugged her

She coughs, which is not normal "have you drank medicine kitty?" She nods with a blank expression i could tell she hasn't "Kitty"

She looks at me gulping "Have you drank medicine?" I said with a worried look

She shakes her head "Ill drink now" i smile at her and she returns it back, i watched her drink her medicine

I walked to her fridge "W-wait dont open tha-" i open the fridge and it was full of sodas and soju's

"S-sweetheart..." she says, i just stared at her fridge "You told me your not gonna drink until your okay" she sighs

I closed the fridge door and just stood there staring at the fridge

"Look, i was... i was bored so i uh tried drinking" i looked at the side which was the laundry room that was open, and had clothes hanged up but i knew it wasn't hers

"Is that yours?" I pointed at the clothes not looking at her, "Y-yeah its new, i b-bought them... y-yesterday!!" I could feel my stomach and heart drop

"You decided to do this while i was gone huh" i said looking at her tears shamelessly dropping out from my eyes

"I-im sorry, I wasn't in the right mind that time" i scoffed "Right mind?! Haerin you knew i would be back here today, i told you like... 6 months ago!!" I yelled my heart aching from every word and betrayal
