Chapter 4 | Misunderstanding & Hurt

DANIELLE'S POV:

"Danielle can we... talk" Sunghoon says behind me causing me to flinch "Ah uhm sure.." He looks at Hanni beside who's glaring at him "Privately" He says coldly glancing at Hanni to leave

"If you dare hurt Danielle ill make sure to bury every bone you hav-" "yeah yeah shut up" He says making Hanni
annoyed "How dar-" i interrupt her covering her mouth before whispering "Ill be fine Hanni... just go" she sighs and leaves, i look back at Sunghoon

He grabs my hand and leads me to the garden of the school, he hands me a flower which was my favorite tulips he then placed it on top of my ear i just sighed "Just get straight to the point Sunghoon... what do you want?" He sighs and held my hand which causes me to flinch uncomfortably

Sunghoon leans closer to me "Danielle im leaving school tomorrow... I lost" I look at him confused "Wait so you mean you lost on the bet?" He nods and suddenly the corners of my lip raised up a little.. i was smiling

"Before i go i just want to tell you.. I like you Danielle Marsh your so pretty" My eyes widen as i sigh while scratching my nape "I'm sorry i like someone else" "Its Haerin isn't it" i look up at him nodding he just sighs "It's pretty obvious"

"Ill get going now if this is all settled"
Before i could leave i felt him grab my wrist as he pulls me towards him.
I felt a pair of lips pressed against mine
I tried to pull away but I couldn't because of his strength..

He was looking at something behind me, he pulls away smirking and flustered i was stuck in my place, his arms were around my waist and he has a wide grin on his face too

"Did you like the view?" He asks, i was confused "Kang Haerin?" He added looking once again behind me, My eyes open wide as I immediately look behind me to see Haerin with teary eyes she ran away causing me to run after her Sunghoon pulled me back so i kicked his nuts before chasing after Haerin.. Fuck you Sunghoon...

HAERIN'S POV:

Jake was following me around which I really didn't like "Haerin will you go to the school garden later?" I glare at him "Why should i?" He flinches and sighs

"The principal told me to inform you to pick up flowers" I look at him in disbelief i just nodded "Fine ill go just fucking leave me alone" He pouts making me let out a disgusted expression.. i guess ill have fresh air
To breathe in the garden so why not

I was walking to the school's garden and the entrance was surrounded by boy's laughing "What the hell are you guys doing here" they look at me trying to hold their laughter "Come in there's a surprise for you" I groan and push one of the boys out of the way causing them to fall on their ass, i laughed

I took a deep breath as i walk on the grass i saw two people under a tree i walked up to them and froze to my place staring at them... it was Sunghoon kissing Danielle?

"Did you like the view?" He asks "Kang Haerin" I felt my heart drop when i saw them kiss my eyes becoming blurry because its full of tears but i forced not to let it out Danielle looked at me.. i clenched my fists and ran away crying

I ran to the door and the boys were lauging i just ignored them. "PFFTHAHAHA YAH CRY BABY HAERIN!" The boy's yelled at me while i ran out my heart was aching so much i was sobbing my hand on my chest

As i ran on the hallway i saw Minji with Hanni "Haerin why are you..." Hanni asks Minji just grabs my arm causing me to stop running "I'm s-so stupid M-minji" Minji sighs and hugs me i sobbed more "Haerin... what happened" Hanni asks caressing my back

"I-i saw Sunghoon k-kiss Danielle.." "WHAT THE FUCK" Hanni yells and Minji looks at her causing Hanni to sigh,  Minji pulls away and smiles at me "It's okay Haerin maybe it was just a misunderstanding" she says with a smile "I d-don't know anymore Minji.." I whisper sniffing, she just nods. Hanni was on the phone calling someone

My vision became blurry and my head started to hurt causing me to get flashbacks of my trauma "Haerin what's wrong?" She asks worriedly i felt something liquid on my nose it was blood.. "M-Minji" my vision became dark I couldn't feel my body..

THE NEXT DAY (HOSPITAL)

My eyes slowly open i tried to sit up but my head hurts.. i looked at a window beside me as i lay down, it was already sunset... i look around to see Minji, and Hanni resting their head on where im lying at and my other friends at a couch but no sign of Danielle...

I groan and sit up clenching my fist on how my heart and head hurts "Unnie.." Hyein says rubbing her eyes, she stood up and walks up to me hugging me "Hyein.... you should go home" she sighs before nodding "Before you go i have a question... how long have i been here?" "A day only dont worry unnie"

I nod and pat her head "Take care going back home okay?" She nods and leaves i notice Minji was waking up she looked up at me "Haerin your... your awake" i smiled at her as she hugged me i pulled away, she then glances at Hanni who's still sleeping i just pat Minji's back

"I think its time to move on Minji.. You always get hurt cause of her" Minji leans her head back on the wall "It's hard" she sighs "I see, i have a question... when did you confess?" She caresses her own hand "Yesterday, actually and sorry I didn't tell you"

"Bad luck huh? Your grandma died yesterday right?" I ask she just sighs and nods after minutes of quietness Hanni starts to wake up "Morning han" Minji says looking at her with a blank expression "Morning" she replies coldly

"Your awake Haerin, how's your sleep?" I shrug "now that I've woken up my head hurts so bad..."

They both sigh, i tried to stand up "Haerin where you going?" Hanni asks i looked back at her and then Minji "Bathroom" they both nod

I walked out of the room slowly so i wouldn't fall before bumping into someone i just bowed keeping my balance still "Sorry i wasn't looking-" i look up at them my eyes were getting blurry cause of the tears forming up in my eyes "-straight..."

Danielle... you came but why?
