Chyou and Red Son were in the lab that Red Son had built into the dronecopter. Their only clue about Tao's whereabouts was a giant thorn that struck a baseball. Chyou read the stats on a monitor as Red Son was using a machine to scan the thorn.

Macaque walked in to check on them, approaching his wife and placing his hand on the lower part of her back.

"Find anything yet?" Macaque placed his other hand on his hip.

"We have good news and bad news," Chyou admitted, "it appears that there was a small scripture engraved on the thorn."

"That's the good news," Macaque nodded, "so what's the bad?"

"The bad news is that it's ancient celestial writing," Red Son explained, "neither of us can read it."

"Did you ask Wukong?" Macaque crossed his arms.

"Wukong is still sensitive about the whole thing," Chyou explained, "If we explain the situation, we--"

"We might have to land the ship for a few days to fix any repairs." Red Son groaned at the idea. "But on top of the good news, we have great news."

"What would that be?" Macaque raised an eyebrow.

"Your wife," Chyou said with a smirk, "just happens to know some people in the Celestial Realm who can translate it for us. We'll be heading there tomorrow afternoon."

"You truly are a world of wonders, Gem." Macaque kissed his wife's cheek. "Who are they?"

Chyou and Red Son tensed and nervously looked up at each other leaving Macaque confused.

"What's the problem?" Macaque looked back and forth between them.

"Well," Red Son cleared his throat, "with great news comes worse news."

Everyone was sitting in the lounge area, Chenguang and Wukong sat on the couch watching MK lose to Mei in video games. Pigsy was preparing lunch with Tang eating his second bowl of noodles. Sandy was sitting in a chair with Mo sleeping in his lap while he drank a cup of tea and Daiyu sat in the other chair reading.

"WHAT!?" Macaque's screaming made the others jump.

Macaque stormed into the lounge area seething with anger as Chyou and Red Son followed after him.

"Macaque," Chyou groaned, "can you please listen."

"No!" Macaque exclaimed. "I've heard enough. I can't believe you're going to do this!"

"Listen, I'm not happy about this either, but we have to," Chyou explained, "In any other situation I would have found another way. This is for Tao!"

"I know that!" Macaque retorted back. "I'm still not happy about it."

"What's wrong?" MK nervously asked.

"We found script on the thorn, and I know people who can translate it," Chyou filled them in, "The problem with this however is that Macaque is not fond of said people."

"Who?" Pigsy crossed his arms.

"That doesn't matter," Wukong said, "Macaque, you're just going to deal with it."

Macaque and Wukong glared at each other for a few seconds, before Macaque turned his back to him.

"Fine," Macaque huffed, "but don't expect me to be quiet about it, despite this being for Tao."

Before Macaque walked away, Chyou grabbed his arm to stop him.

"Thank you," Chyou whispered, "you know I wouldn't do this if we weren't desperate."
