minho had to go back to his mom's for the week. he really didn't know what to make of the conversation he had with jisung and part of him felt bad for leaving on a bad note. he thought about it for a while as he was packing his stuff into his suitcase.
he went back to his mom's house pretty often so it wasn't a surprise to jisung when he was told that he was leaving. though jisungs mood definitely changed as he was told the news. minho told him the day after their fight.
he asked jisung to meet him at his house, and there they spent about 2 hours watching a movie together. jisung seemed happier, which kind of makes the whole situation worse somehow, though he could tell that jisung was still a bit tense by the way he was fidgety and wouldn't look him in the eyes the entire time.
minho told him that he was leaving to go to his moms in two days right before jisung left. he saw that jisungs mood completely changed, he became more nervous and seemed upset.
now it's the night before and minho still can't stop thinking about jisungs face. he feels so guilty. he didn't plan for this all to happen at once, he wasn't leaving because of jisung or because of their argument though he knew that jisung thought so.
he set down the clothes he had in his hand and felt for his phone in his pocket. after fishing it out he opened it and found jisungs contact. he contemplated calling him for just a couple seconds before he hit the button and brought the phone to his ear.
it rang once, twice, three times, then jisung answered.
"minho? what's up?" he said tiredly, his voice sounded super soft and minho felt his heart speed up.
"come to my mom's house with me."
jisung paused, he didn't respond. he didn't know how to, he didn't know if minho was being serious or not.
"if you can, that is. i know it's short notice, but i want you to come with me." minho sighed
jisungs heart filled with happiness as he heard minho speak. something about minho asking him to come home with him made him so flustered.
minho almost never brought friends to his mom's house. minho also never really was the type of person to care about what people think about him, he never cared to prove himself to people and he really didn't understand why it is so different with jisung.
when jisung told him that he didn't understand why he hid his affection for him he felt like he needed to prove to han..... something, anything. he needed to prove his care? his friendship? just how much jisung meant to him.
"i'd love to minho." although minho couldn't see him, he was sure jisung had a soft smile on his face and that thought alone just made happiness bloom inside his chest.
"are you sure though?" jisung asked just to make sure.
"i'm positive. are you?" minho smiled
"yes."
"please, pack your stuff now, you won't have any time tomorrow, okay baby?" minho said as he picked up the clothes he initially put down and started neatly folding them with his left hand and placing them in his suitcase.
"ok, okay i'll start now."
minho could just imagine jisungs pink plump cheeks and his soft smile through the phone and it made him chuckle.
"okay i'll text you." minho said, they said their goodbyes and minho hung up. soon he was done packing and was able to lay down in his comfortable bed.
now that the problem was solved he felt lighter, he felt the guilt lifted off of his shoulders and he was finally able to rest, and he went to bed happy.
