"a spontaneous trip? is that a good idea?" chan asks as soon as minho hangs up.

"come on chan, it's minho. you know him, i know him, everything is fine." jisung lets out a small sigh, trying to convince the elder that everything is fine is hard sometimes. especially when everything doesn't feel fine.

"fine." chan finally comes around to the idea of jisung leaving for a week with the person that just made him upset. "but i will say, minho doesn't ever bring friends home, so you must be lucky." chan raises his eyebrows and smirks which soon turns into a full grin when jisung playfully hits his shoulder in an attempt to shut him up.

"don't speak nonsense hyung he just wants to make it up to me."

"yeah yeah, whatever you say. better get packing loverboy." chan teases.

"oh my god, shut up!" jisung picks up the nearest object to throw at chan.

"okay okay! i'm gonna go now so you can get packing. have fun. if you need anything please don't hesitate to text, or call! seriously. don't do anything stupid i really don't need you to be hurt or anything."

"jesus 'dad' i'm gonna be fine!" jisung yells to chan as he closes the door behind him.

the ride to minho's mom's house was not too bad, jisung did sleep most of the way there.

during the last couple minutes of the ride he was awake, minho and him barely spoke. jisung was looking out the window and minho was texting someone on his phone.

jisung eventually got curious who he was talking to, he glanced over and of course he wasn't happy with the name he read: hyunjin.

he didn't expect minho to completely stop being friends with hyunjin just because of him, but minho did say that it was worth losing his friendship with him..

he did get nosy, he wanted to know what they were talking about, he assumed nothing out of the ordinary probably just about the trip. he discreetly tried reading the messages on the screen

he didn't read much but he did catch something where hyunjin was going on about how 'bringing jisung was literally the worst option out of all of his friends' and he didn't have time to read minho's response before he saw the screen go black following with the sound of minho sighing.

jisung isn't going to lie and pretend like hyunjin hating his guts wasn't upsetting. he felt so much for minho and he cares so much about him, but he can't stand the fact that one of his friends doesn't like him. he thought that that meant something was wrong with himself, that if your friends friends don't like you that you are the problem.

he doesn't want to be selfish and ask minho to stop being friends with him but a little part of himself really just wants minho to be only his friend. it's like he suddenly becomes so possessive over minho and he can't even tell why.

jisung can't stay angry, when it comes to minho he never really gets angry, he just gets sad. he just gets hurt. he starts thinking irrationally but not in a mad way, just in an 'i want you all to myself' way.

jisung tried to keep himself busy by looking out the window and just forgetting about that whole situation, he didn't even realize how awkward he was being, how stiff he was sitting and how he was awkwardly playing with his hands.

it took him until he felt minho's hand gently placed close to his knee for him to realize how crazy he felt. he had to push all the anxious thoughts he had to the side because he knows that this is minho's way of saying that he wants him there.

once they arrive at the house it is about 4pm and it's completely empty, minho's mom was out for a while so now the only ones in the house were the cats and them.

minho seemed to like it this way, and it took the edge off of jisung so at least he could get settled and learn his way around the house before having to meet minho's mom. he's a mixture of excited and nervous, chan's words replaying in his head over and over.

the fact that he was the only one out of his friends that he ever brought home, what does that mean about them?

the house was very calming, it definitely had personality to it which jisung loves. it makes sense that minho's home looks the way it does. the three cats just really add to it all perfectly. he made friends with doongie immediately while minho took care of their luggage.

jisung got up from petting the cat and followed minho down a hallway that led into his room, he paused before entering, this will be the first time he sees the elders room.

he took the step forward, taking everything in, looking in every direction. it was clean, and simple, but very cozy looking. you could definitely tell that a minho lives in this room. everything he saw in the room made sense to minhos personality, it just made him so happy he didn't even know he had a soft smile on his face.

"you can come in." minho chuckled. catching jisung off guard for a second he realized he was still in the doorway while minho was taking care of their suitcases packed with all the things they would need for the week.

after everything they needed to do in order to settle in was done they made themselves comfortable on minhos bed for the next hour or so while they watched some movie on minhos phone.

they always watched movies together like this but something felt different. when they heard the faint noise of the door clicking from the other room they knew that minho's mom had just made it home.

minho pausing the movie and dropping his phone next to him, he looked over at jisung. really trying to get a good read of the younger's emotions.

this was probably one of the longest times they were able to hold eye contact with each other, it was so deep.

before jisung could even blink, minho had already moved closer, faced only centimeters apart. he only hesitated for a second and then placed his lips on jisungs for absolutely no reason.

the younger's eyes grew wide and his face got hot, he felt frantic. he didn't know what to do and at this point minho was moving so fast the peck had already turned into way more. jisung finally picked up on it and followed minho's actions, his eyes fluttering shut hesitantly.

once they parted jisung didn't know how to look at minho, he knew his face was definitely red, he felt as if his head was about to explode at any given second, and he was definitely panicking. but everything about minho seemed fine, he had no reaction to the kiss as if it never even happened

"let's go meet my mom." he smiled innocently.

jisung was breathing hard, his heart still pounding out of his chest trying to realize what had just happened "o..kay" he said breathlessly and watched minho get out of bed begin walking out of the room while he sat there frozen.
