my face shrivelled up, what was this man on? he's just some drunk that made his way into my house. i didn't reply to him but i stood up to find my phone so i could ring the police.

suddenly i felt shivers down my back and a presence behind me as i clicked the first digit of the number. "oh no you don't darlin'." the so called 'dracula' whispered in my ear. i felt his warm breath against my neck. my finger went to press the 9 on my phone screen once again but nothing happened. the buttons wouldn't work.

"fix my phone right now." i turned to him, of course he'd broken my phone. he read my mind earlier. what-

"so you do believe me? and god i love a woman who's demanding." this man was so frustrating.

"you still find me attractive though don't you?" he drawled. i mean, he was quite good looking, forgetting the fact that he's "a vampire". he smirked at me, i keep forgetting he can read my mind. "stop doing that." i told him.

"what? reading your mind? i can't help it love, its part of my nature." he stepped closer to me and swiped a strand of hair from my face. "so like you sleep in a coffin, cant see yourself in the mirror and cant go out in the sun. thats what you're trying to tell me." i said, looking up to him.

he bursted out laughing. "no love. they are just the rumours the humans make up in the novels and films."

"but you're "dracula?"".

"well darling i'm the real dracula."

"so what can you do?" i asked him.

"i can read minds, which you've noticed." he then hummed, "i can obviously drain blood. drink blood." he leant down closer to me, bringing his head round to my neck. "i would call myself a powerful individual." he said into my ear. he threw his hand behind him, causing my bedroom door to slam shut, making me jump.

"is that all?" i wondered, my speech wavering as his lips were so close to my neck. "i can do countless amounts of things, doll." i felt his lips graze my neck as he spoke.

"like what?" i said almost in a whisper. he brought his pale face back to look at me with a grin. "d'ya really want the filthy details? i didn't see you as the type."

"i uh- i didn't-." i stammered. he brought his hand up to my cheek and leaned closer to me.
"you know i'm not that fond of speaking to humans but you're the first one that caught my eye. i've been watching you for a while, doll."

"i'm the first human you've had a proper conversation with?"

"yes, out of the many years i've been a vampire, you are the first."

"how many years?" i looked into his chocolate brown eyes.

"since 1897. when the novel was written."

"wow. wait so you're im-."

"immortal, correct." he then pressed his lips against mine and grabbed my face tighter. i was currently kissing a 125 year old, immortal vampire whose actual name i don't know yet.

my lips were frozen at first, completely shocked but i couldn't complain, he was gorgeous. he probably heard that. i began moving my lips with his, he tasted of cigarettes and something minty. i brought my hand round to the back of his neck, leaving it there.

"i'd like to say that i keep up with the fashion trends these days." he pulled away and i lightly chuckled at his words.

"whats your real name?"

"alexander."
