Rei Todoroki POV:
Me and the Doctor finally reach his office. The Doctor opens the door and allows me to go in first.
Once I get into the room, he goes in next and shuts the door behind us. He turns on the light and quickly leads me to a chair.
"Take a seat, Mrs.Todoroki..." The Doctor told me, as I sat down in the chair.
The Doctor sits down in his chair. He than grabs his clipboard and starts looking through his notes. He than flipped the page, he quickly muttered a, "found it".
He flips his board to my direction, I look to see a disturbing site. I see a picture of each angle of Rindo's wound before they patched it up, than I see something that the Doctor jot down that shocked me.
"May suffer with seizures and heart pain for the majority of his lifetime."
"Doctor...this isn't true, is it?" I asked him, trying to deny the fact he may suffer with this.
"It's true, Mrs.Todoroki..we tried to be hopeful about his condition, but sadly his stomach erupted, causing him to suffer some lifelong damages to his body.." The Doctor told me, as I start to tear up.
"No...he can't suffer like this! He didn't deserve this!" I said slamming fist against the desk. "There's got to be a way for him to not have these conditions!" I tell the Doctor, trying to find a way for Rindo to not have to suffer like this for the rest of his life.
"I'm sorry, but he'll have too.." The Doctor told me, as I start crying.
The Doctor got out of his chair and hugged me for comfort, concern on his face. I couldn't help but hug him back. I needed the comfort right now, more than anything.
Oh Rindo....I can't believe this is what you'll have to deal with now...I promise I will be by your side even if you are at your worse, I'll still be there...I.....
